Cosy Aromas Avis 

I've been with Cosy a few years now and I'm puzzled by some negative reviews here. Personally I cannot fault them.

I'm a VIP customer and I'm extremely happy with the products I receive. Yes some wax melts may not seem as strong as others to me but then somebody else may feel the opposite. When dealing with fragrances it's a very personal reaction to them. I would never criticise though as everybody is different.

The variety of fragrances are amazing, something for everyone. The company has recently changed owners and I have to say that Joanne has been amazing. Taking on feedback and acting on it. She has already implemented changes for the better, I cannot fault her customer service or enthusiasm for Cosy and I honestly believe that Cosy customers are definitely benefiting.

Anytime I have contacted customer service I have had a very quick response and have encountered no problems. I am really surprised at the criticism here for this dept. However, everyone is entitled to their opinion but I find a lot of comments quite petty. No, I am not associated with them in anyway except as a customer.

I would encourage anybody looking to purchase from Cosy to do so and make their own mind up, you can only say they're not for you and look elsewhere. They also have a fabulous points rewards system. I find that particularly helpful. They also always seem to have special offers on.

Do give them a try. As I say they have just changed hands and are really trying their best with all the feedback they're getting and keeping their customers informed of what's changing and why. All changes up till now have been requested by customers with extremely positive feedback.

Do not get put off by some reviews, some people are just naturally negative. You might miss out on a rewarding, enjoyable positive experience.

I have been a customer of Cosy Aromas since 2019. Always, always great wax melts. Fabulous customer service. The VIP subscription service is amazing. Three choices of subscriptions. You can choose the one which suits your pocket. Cosy have had a bit of a rough patch but that is now being resolved by the new owners. They are doing an amazing job. The wax melts are the best and I would recommend that anyone who loves scented wax products give Cosy Aromas a whirl. I really hope you do. You will not be disappointed.

I have been buying from cosy for just over a year. However, I have been using their melts for about 3 years now (after raiding my mother’s stash). These wax melts are the best I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Customer service is brilliant and they cannot do enough to help you when needed. You can tell they really value their customers. The room sprays are amazing, very long lasting! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!!!

I have been a customer of Cosy Aromas since 2018 and don’t buy from anywhere else. I even managed to get my daughter addicted. The company had a bit of a wobble whilst changing over the fragrance oil they used, however, they have bounced back better than ever. Bigger wax melts with longer lasting scents.
Customer service is first class, and this has always been the case since 2018. The staff are amazing and are always on hand to help. They have their own community page that is full of like minded friendly wax melt addicts who suggest mixology’s for you to try. I cannot recommend this company enough. Big thanks to Jo and the team.😊

Cosy aromas is just a special brand why?? There range of scents is amazing so many to choose from and such variety.. Every scent made by cosy aromas is on point & long lasting not just the wax melts but the sprays also..
The customer service is wholesome they are quick to respond & sort out any issues straight away...
The delivery is like magic I've never known deliveries to be quick & to be so delicately packed..
Cosy aromas will always be a unique brand to me as there no other brand I know that has melts / sprays strong long lasting & utterly delightful what ever the scent category....

Have to say I am a real fan of Cosy Aromas, my main favourites are their room sprays, the Lavender ones sprayed on my bedding are amazing, I have purchased wax melts and although I found some to be not very scented I did find some I liked that packed that nose tingling blast of loveliness, I love the fact that they listen to their customers and are bringing new and exciting scents and packaging to us. Long may Cosy Aromas be scenting our abodes.

I have been a customer of Cosy Aromas now for a few months and cannot fault their wax melts and customer service. Since the new owner Jo Martin took over, the levels of scent and amount of wax you receive is phenomenal. They are handcrafted with 5* oils and the scent throw is amazing. The Cosy community on social media is so welcoming and kind. We are one big family where everyone helps one another and nothing is too much trouble. If you haven’t tried Cosy, I urge you to, you won’t be disappointed! If I could give them 10 🌟 I would!

As always,I have received a lovely supply of melts not got around to using them yet as i have got a huge collection to get through, but I've no doubt they will be as lovely as the ones I have been purchasing for years, even before you melt them they smell lovely as soon as they are open, there a good amount of scents to choose from so you will always find something you will like, you can buy sample size first just to make sure you like the scent which is good and there isn't many that I don't like, they even do a points system where can collect points each time you make a purchase and then as the points add up you will get vouchers to spend on a purchase you make, I would highly reccomend you give this company a try you will be surprised how lovely and strong the scents are

I've been a Cosy member for almost 12 months, yes they hit a turbulence a couple of months ago, once the company was sold but that was down to previous owners! What we have now is a new owner, who actually listens to us the customers, and openly welcomes the good & bad reviews & feedback, each time she comes back with a resolution, a new change. She as implemented so many new changes for the better & in such a short space of time. Not only is she open & honest but her knowledge in this industry is phenomenal & I for one love reading & learning about the science behind it all.

Customer service is by far the best, always on hand to help & respond to emails, always chatting to us in the group, an absolute credit to the company 👌

I resubbed to become a VIP member after October made the fomo real 🤣 even upgraded to deluxe 😍 the November VIP the new & improved waxes are fantastic!!

They pop out the clams effortlessly. They melt effortlessly, the clean up after is effortless, they smell lovely!

I'm really looking forward to seeing what the future holds, the Christmas collection, delivery of the advent calendar, it's a really exciting time to be a Cosy customer 😍

THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO SELL SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS AT A HIGH PRICE POINT AND THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THEY BLATANTLY LIE AND DECEIVE THEIR GROUP MEMBERS. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRENDOUS TREATMENT OF A CUSTOMER WHO HAS SPENT LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF POUNDS. THIS COMPANY DESERVES TO GO BUST!

I'd received the coconut & lime room spray as a gift and fell in love with it! As it was coming to the end, I decided to purchase a different scent- bum bum cream! And it didn't disappoint. The house smells beautiful and the scent lasts a while. My order came quickly and I was kept updated of it's whereabouts.
