Excellent support. Lucy took so much time out of her day to listen to my enquiries and to assist me, I was deeply impressed by her level of service and support.

I have just signed up to counselling directory and it was quick and simple. A lovely lady called me the next day to let me know my account was now live and asked if she could help me any further. To soon to report on activity but I will follow up with another review.

Finally plucked up the courage to try to access some counselling just to be ignored. I sent a introductory call enquiry for a specific therapist and heard nothing back. Really upsetting and disappointing. Have decided to save my money and stick to NHS.
