Excellent Customer Service

I canceled prior to the end of the trial and was still charged. I emailed customer service and received a response the same day with the reason for the error and a resolution. I received a refund the next day. Excellent customer service!

I understand that there is that 7 day…

I understand that there is that 7 day trial and I messed that up, but right now with me not having a job and trying to get another job, I only used the background check to run a background on me, I totally forgot. The girl I spoke with was so understanding and empathetic she refunded my monthly payment and cancelled the subscription. Thank You for understanding.

scam

Used this service to try and find my adoption records, didn't find it, had to do so myself. Turns out they hide a $25 recurring subscription in a checkbox and refuse to refund it even if you don't use the site afterwards. Avoid like the plague.

Stop paying for stuff you can do yourself for free

they charge $24.99 a month for something you can do for free on your own just by going to public records searches they're representative told me that they collect the information from public records which are accessible to anyone free of charge

I spoke with a nice lady and she was…

I spoke with a nice lady and she was knowledgeable about the situation I was being faced with. However the company continued monthly deduction out of my acct., is wrong. I used this svc 1 time and immediately cancelled it. This company doesn’t show up on subscriptions so I could not find them to make a second cancellation. I feel it’s a scam and feel bad for the call center that has to handle all the calls about their fraudulence.

The actual person I spoke to was nice

The actual person I spoke to was nice. I think his name was Dexter. But the AI bought that answers at first really sucks. I was trying to respond to it and it would hang up on me because it didn’t hear me. But yeah, the real person I spoke to quickly and efficiently helped me get my account canceled. And he was very nice.

My honest courtcasefinder service considerations

Well, for a website that provides general public access to reports and files, the layout of the website , the way in which everything is presented , the options that are provided , the capability of extending the research and background and file payment options are really nice compared to other website. It is also pretty fast , organized and trustworthy.

Constant error code don’t waste your money

The customer service is very good but the actual website is horrible. I paid for the week subscription to look into a potential tenant and it appears that they do have several cases against them and when I go to purchase the paper work I’m unable to. I’ve tried emailing twice and no response. The one time I got someone on the phone he was very nice but the actually issue was not resolved. When I enter my payment method I keep getting an error code. Don’t waste your money.
