Avoid at any cost
Avoid at any cost! I made my claim months ago, they take over a week to respond to any email and then when you give them the answer they restart the clock oh its another 7-10 days for the next answer and so on and on. When eventually my claim was accepted, a week later still no funds in my bank I called them and asked what was going on, I was told they have an accounting delay. So I asked how long it would take for which I did not get an answer. So I had to make sure to pay my monthly direct debit on time or they cancel the policy but then when they are suppose to pay it is completely fine for them to be late and not even give a date they will be paying.
