I just got off the phone with customer service about a return request for a dashmat that I recently purchased. The dashmat came in a two piece dashmat.On the site it shows as a one piece which makes sense. I've never had a two piece dashmat in any of my vehicles and covercraft sent me this. I called now atleat 4 to 5 business days straight. Im reading the other complaints and long story short, im in the same boat. Misleading product information. So in other words the company is a fraud for truth. They tell you that someone will be contacting you which makes our points as customers correct. Since when have we called a company about a return and not have it done in that same call? Do not deal with this company, they are the worst. Poorly made material, and bad customer service.

Deceptive advertising. Atrocious "customer service". Dishonest company.

I ordered qa dash cover from their website based on the photos of colors they had posted. When I received the order the color was not even close to what was represented on their website. The website showed the color as a muted black. (cinder). The cover I got is a medium gray. Worlds apart from what was shown on their site. When I contacted them I was blown off and waited 5 days fro the to contact me which never happened. When I called them they started the run around and said the color was correct and that they state on their wen=b site that colors may vary. Black to medium gray is not variance. It's a different color. They refused to do anything to make this right. I am now stuck with a dash cover I cannot use because NOTHING in my car is gray. I have owned MANY dash covers from them but never again. I will buy from an HONEST competitor. I will never do business with Hovercraft again. They are dishonest.

Absolutely terrible company and…

Absolutely terrible company and horrible customer service. I ordered a sunshade for my vehicle and when it finally arrived it does not fit like a “custom sunshade” it did not even cover the entire windshield and it was about 2” short and didn’t even reach the top. I sent pictures and the response was to send me their explanation article and say it’s normal to have some space around it. From the pictures you can obviously tell this custom sunshade is anything but. What’s the point if it does not even cover all of the windshield?! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and their products, for 100 bucks I was expecting a lot more. After a week or so of back and forth with them I got someone to process my return but of course I have to pay to ship it and there a restocking fee. There are better options out there and I would avoid them at all cost!

Horrible

You order seat covers for your vehicle. Then receive them and they don’t fit at all. It takes forever for a customer service representative to get back to you. Then when you return them they take some money and don’t return all your money. The basically steal your money. I will never use this company or recommend it

I would not order from this company

I would not order from this company, the customer service is terrible. The person you talk to is very sweet acts like they're going to help you, tells you to send pictures her name was MAISHA. I sent the pictures and heard nothing the rest of that day so I called the next morning talk to another person who said yes they received the pictures and MAISHA would review them and get back with me that's been almost a week ago and no one has contacted me again. Unless you know this is going to be a perfect fit there are other companies that'll give you 90 day return or exchange I would go with them. I paid almost $70 for this dashboard cover and I'm stuck with it and I only want to do an exchange.

I wish I could rate this lower than 1…

I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. Dashboard cover for my 2025 Tucson was horrible. It was 2-3 inches too wide , had pieces that were so thin they couldn't be secured. Even if it fit the pieces that were supposed to secure it were too small or non-existent and in the wrong places. I tried cutting it to make it work but quality of the materials was so bad it looked like crap. Don't waste your money or time with these thieves.

An investment in vehicle protection.

I recently purchased one of the American Flag series sunshades for my C6 Corvette. The price was on the higher end, but I have used these shades over the years and easily get 5+ years of use out of them, so I consider it an investment. The appearance was very nice with the white outside material with the American Flag printed on the driver's side. Good reflection and even matches the Arctic White paint of the car. The fit was great. A little snug at first, but I know they loosen up a little with use letting the hinges between the panels compress to allow easier installation and removal.

Beware

Beware! My seat covers didn’t fit and I’ve been waiting over a week to get customer service. Once I send back they claim another 14 days to inspect the defective product they sent me. What a racket!!!

Terrible quality, very cheaply made.

I tried to order one kind of cover that came as a set. I was suggested to try another type because it was out of stock.
So I ordered it thinking it was a set of two.
Well this seat cover seems to be cheaply made and very tackie looking. I want to return it. They want me to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee.
This is ridiculous, if it was quality made. I could see the return fee.
Don't buy from them. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

I am very happy with my 1989 Lincoln…

I am very happy with my 1989 Lincoln Town Car floor mats. The fit and color are exactly right. The delivery date was three days after expected arrival. Overall, this exceeded my expectations based on other reviews.

They screwed up my order and won’t take it back

I ordered genuine leather, perforated covers for my heated and cooled seats, and what I got was solid covers. My configuration was 2 bucket seats and a console and what I got was for three seats in the front. I tried to return them and they said it was non-returnable, even though they screwed up the order. Stay away from this company unless you want to donate almost $500 for the wrong order.

Ill-fitting and of very poor quality

Ill-fitting and of very poor quality. The seat back for the rear seats would not fully velcro, and the premade holes for the buttons would not line up. The front seatback renders the side airbag non-functional, and none of the holes line up. Also, pay close attention to the fine print, as neither the front nor the back cover is returnable.

Custom Floor Mats were exactly what I needed.

I was not sure if Covercraft mats would work well for my car but gave them a try anyway. The mats were custom fit to my 2003 Lincoln Town Car, complete with the anti-slip hole in the driver's mat. The color was just what I needed and the mats look great. They are much higher quality than generic store products. Thank you!

Bad Company Stat away

Not a good product. Material will just fade, flake and disintegrate in the sun. Not good material, in fact the worst possible kind for sun resistance,lol. Buy another kind or just go have the sew shop local, make one. Shipping is a rip off too. Dont pay extra took almost 2 weeks!!! Stay away!

They are the biggest rip off. Customer service yeah right they don’t know how to handle customers their product sucks. I do not recommend any portion any product at the have. Because they won’t honor the product, they back their product. No wonder they only have a 2.1 rating ever since they were bought out or changed hands or whatever you wanna call it there’s customer service has gone downhill

Buyer beware customer service is…

Buyer beware customer service is terrible !!! I order a bra for my 2025 Honda accord , I got it and didn't fit the car .They sent one 2023-2024 . Gina said no return no refund / The web page was down had to go the old fashioned way and make a telephone call spoke to Joseph. I recommend no one purchasing anything !!!!!

2 stars - in stead on just 1 - ONLY because Covercraft acquired another company - which REALLY builds a well secured cover.
BUT: After trying multiple times to get detailed info over the via phone & email for a pickup cover? WOW - ridiculous! Labeling covers as "custom" to avoid returns? Understandably if covers are for single cab pickups vs double? or 1½ cab? That'd be custom. But having NO detail as to what they sell? Yea, it's obvious they sell one cab size only. But which cab?!? So you email or call. Then? Crickets.
Thus? What would be a 5 star, goes to 2 stars only. Barely
