Very disappointed

Very disappointed, installing underneath seat, while tightening , not using brut force. the seam where the strap is attached to the cover, ripped !
For the price we paid this is unacceptable.
Hw are you going to make it right?

After 11 days HOLDING my order…

After 11 days HOLDING my order (04/11/25-04/22/25), It FINALLY shipped. They created a FedEx label on 04/17/25 BUT waited till 04/22/25 to ship. I complained BUT they said their BIN wasn't full yet to ship. What that means is they ARE CHEAP. Instead shipping when ordered, they wait to fill THEIR BIN then ship ALL ITEMS at a REDUCED rate. That in itself upsets customers. That is why they get 2 stars.

My dashboard cover is low quality

My dashboard cover is low quality. Any of the cutouts for the dash are not reinforced around the edges and likely to unravel. The carpet is thin and when you hold it up to the light it is translucent. It probably won't stop UV from fading the actual dashboard.

Covercraft Seat Covers not recommended

March 31, 2025, I purchased seat covers for my Honda Element. The website advertised the covers as custom made for the vehicle. I paid $180.14. Upon payment, I received a text message confirming and asking me if there was anything else they could do for me. I took the opportunity to reply to the text regarding the fitment of the covers to my seats. Since all Honda Elements have integrated armrests in their seats, I asked them to confirm that the seat covers allowed for the armrests. There were several text message exchanged, and the service rep (Sarah) assured me that the seat covers were designed for my vehicle and that they were going into production asap. I explained that if the covers do not allow for the armrests, then I had no need for them and would need to cancel the order. She assured me the seat covers were designed for my vehicle, and that she would check with their team to confirm and reach back out to me. They never got back with me and the covers arrived 2-weeks later. Upon receipt, I slid them over my seat back and of course they would not fit because of the integrated armrest. I immediately contacted Covercraft and asked for a return label due to the non fitment related to the armrest that I brought to their attention on the date of purchase. Their customer support (Rhey) contacted me back, making it sound like it was my fault that they didn't fit. They supplied me with an RMA# and told me to make sure it was visible on the package upon return. I replied requesting a return label from them, because I was not paying for the return shipping cost due to their mistake misleading the customer, and that I had already contacted them on date of purchase about the pending armrest issue. This could've been avoided if they had just been honest and told me upfront that they wouldn't fit. They knew or should have known they wouldn't fit due to the integrated armrest. They are not designed for a Honda Element as advertised! BTW, the quality of the seat covers were subpar. I could have bought better seat covers from Walmart at 1/3 of the price paid for these, but of course I would have had the same armrest issue.

I have purchased a total of 4 covers…

I have purchased a total of 4 covers from Cover raft in the past 3 years:

- Gust Guard & Custom Weathershield HP (2017 Honda Civic)
- Custom COVERCRAFT 5-Layer Softback All Climate Car Cover (2016 Mercedes SLK)
- Gust Guard & Custom Weathershield HP (2024 Audi S5)
- Gust Guard & Custom Weathershield HP (2022 Tundra)

In 2024 my Tundra Cover has a tiny tear, I reached to COVERCRAFT and they sent me a brand new one since it had a 5 year warranty.

Last week my Tundra cover tore again, much worse than before. I reached out to COVERCRAFT with pictures of the torn cover and the bar code.
Today I was just told by an email and phone call that I have to box up & mail at my own expense the entire cover and that it will take at least 2 weeks plus to get a new one.

WTF! I am supposed to leave the Tundra outside and exposed for 2-3 weeks while I wait for a new one!

This is total BS!

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM COVERCRAFT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EITHER.

Returned item for poor workmanship received partial refund

Bought their dash cover from Car Cover USA. Received promptly. It had badly done sewed edges. Did not fit properly and bubbled up. Followed instructions for return w/photos to Car Cover. Called Covercraft to see if photos should also go to them. Was told no, just Car Cover. Returned dash cover to Car Cover as instructed promptly. Return was minus approx. 30.00. Car Covers excuse was MAKER of dash cover, Covercraft, kept the money. When contacted Covercraft said Car Cover USA kept the money. Plus they said their return policy only applies to items they themselves sell to buyers. Do not know who kept the money but it sure felt like an interesting Co-Op way to scam a buyer.

Received an poor shipping and customer serive detailse-mail that my order was…

Received an e-mail that my order was shipping on 3/14/2025 with a FedEx tracking number. 3/17/2025 there was NO change in the tracking or movement of my order. I contacted Covercraft, I was told my order was still in production and had not shipped. very poor customer service. why tell the customer their order is shipping when it has not been produced yet?
Not sure what happened to "DASHMAT" from years ago.

Measure twice cut once

I ordered a custom cover for my teardrop trailer. The measuring guide had several vertical and horizontal measurements to assure the custom fit. I read the vertical measurements in error and measured to the bottom of the trailer instead of the ground. My bad. The cover that showed up was way too short.

After working with customer service they pointed out the error and had offered to alter the my cover if I shipped it back. A very generous solution to my problem.

The dash cover I ordered did not fit correctly, it was made just a little to big. But apparently that's my fault, so I had to pay for shipping in order to return there wrongly made item and get my money back. lol (Go figure)

They don't stand behind there products…

They don't stand behind there products and there customer service manager is more like dealing with an insurance company than wanting to help. The quality of the Carhartt seat covers was just awful (holes don't line up, really bad fit, seams coming apart, and etc.), and they lost my order. This was never resolved and now they stopped responding. In my opinion and based on poor products (that they make) and bad customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a truck cab cover and won't replace it with a second CoverCraft product

In 2020, I purchased a truck cab cover for my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Within 1.5 - 2 years the material started ripping around the extended mirrors. The material ripped right along the seams. I just missed the four year warranty, even though I showed the extensive repairs I completed and the deterioration that had been done much earlier. Yes, I did repairs because I sew and thought - shoot, I need this cover. Even if replaced, I doubt any new cover would have stood up to normal wear and tear. My 2017 truck has 11,000 miles which shows how little it's driven, but needed when necessary. What a waste of $460. And they would only offer a 10% discount. How does that work for a budget? Don't waste your money.

Stay away from this company! They're horrible!

If I could give a negative 5 star, I would. I was due a replacement RV cover because their Class B Hydro UV Cover straps disintegrated in less than 5 months! I ordered up my replacement then called the very next day to change the ship to address but the change was never made. Long and short of it is that their staff and shipping department are the definition of dysfunctional. Their ability to communicate and/or track their FedEx shipments is nonexistent! Timing of this cover's arrival was critical as I'm on a plane tomorrow leaving my RV sitting in the hot Phoenix sun for FIVE months! This is infuriating! I was due a replacement but because of their ineptitude, not only was I denied but my RV is now unacceptably exposed during this winter's storage.

I talked to Manager "Mike", who seemed to indicate this was all ok because it was my fault for changing the address and "it's just a warranty replacement anyway!" Then he actually hung up on me! Unbelievable!

Stay away from this company! They're horrible!

When we first processed your warranty replacement order, we used the delivery address you provided. Unfortunately, by the time you contacted us the next day to update the address, the order had already been handed over to the carrier. At that point, we immediately requested FedEx to reroute the package, but as we informed you then, there was no guarantee they could accommodate the change. Regrettably, they were unable to, and the package was returned to us at Covercraft’s expense.

As soon as we were notified of the return, we processed a new replacement order without delay and upgraded the shipping to overnight—again at our expense—to try to meet your tight timeline. We made every effort to resolve the issue swiftly and minimize the impact on you.

I understand this situation has been frustrating, and I hope you can see that we did our best to rectify the situation under the circumstances. Moving forward, ensuring the correct address is provided from the outset will help us prevent issues like this in the future.

Charge restocking fee when there fault

I ordered a sunshade for my truck off their website. I entered my vehicle information and it said it would fit. After I received the sunshade it did not fit as my truck as it has a heads up display and the shade did not have a notch for it. After contacting customer support for a return I was told I would have to pay to ship it back and pay 20% restocking fee. They said that’s their policy even if it’s their fault. Be warned.

Thanks for your feedback although I'm very sorry to hear the sunshield did not fit your vehicle correctly. Unfortunately, we do not have an option for the heads up display at this time and it appears the item ordered was selected without the heads up display, which is why the item did not fit correctly. Typically, when a custom item is returned without defect, there is a restocking fee associated with it's return. I do apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you consider Covercraft in the future once we have the feature available to match your vehicle.

After purchase I did not receive…

After purchase I did not receive confirmation. Had to call and wait for 20 minutes to receive confirmation code, then was told it would not ship out for up to 10 days then another 5-7 days for arrival.

Why would you offer next day shipping if your processing alone takes 10 days? Very disappointing experience but after reading reviews I’m not surprised.

Most all of our products are custom-made-to-order and published with a standard lead time of 7 days throughout the ordering process. While we do not offer expedited production, we do offer expedited shipping. We can of course change this ship method to another option if you prefer to avoid any additional costs. We hope this will not impact your decision to consider Covercraft again in the future.

My seat covers won't come clean! Manufacturers flaw, Covercraft customer service suggestion was to buy another set and they would give 10% off!

Thank you for reaching out to us and we apologize for the inconvenience. For cleaning your particular seat covers, we recommend using a mild soap, such as Dawn, and water. Use a cloth or sponge to gently wipe the covers clean. Our warranty coverage protects any craftsmanship or workmanship on the products such as stitching, material breakdown, binding, straps, etc. Unfortunately, dirty covers are not covered under our warranty as this is not controllable in our manufacturing process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The 10% discount was offered as a gesture of goodwill and certainly did not mean to be upsetting. What a horrible customer service

What a terrible experience to have ordered seat protectors for our new 2024 ford explorer! This company is third world customer service and no wonder people use Amazon!! We ordered the black front seat protectors and they are awful and we called to return. The persons answering the phone finally after jumping through a maze of numbers for this and that she said sounding like I woke her up from bed hello that’s it! She was unprofessional and said I cloud return but at a 20% loss plus pay for return shipping in a voice like how dare you say that! Run folks
