Great medical claim experience in the USA!
I've used Cover2Go for several years now. The proof of the pudding is when you have to make a claim. On a holiday in the USA in summer 2023 my step-son had to go to A&E, in quite a lot of pain. The process could not have been smoother! I was made to feel confident at every interaction with the hospital that my insurance would kick-in, and it did - with the minimum of fuss. In fact, no fuss at all. I didn't have to part with any money. I can't thank the company enough for de-stressing what could have been a very stressful event. PS He was ok after a few tests!

As we are not medically authorised, our medical screening is carried out by a specialist provider, which operates separately from the purchase of the main travel insurance policy. If cover is available for any declared medical conditions, any additional premium is paid directly to the medical screening provider, which is why two separate payments are required.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the clarity of some of the questions and the navigation between the two systems.
