I recently ordered a custom sun shade and chose the Shade Elite fabric based on its advertised properties, including a 4.5/5 waterproofness rating.

However, when the product arrived and was put to use, it became clear that it was not waterproof. I raised this issue with Covers & All, but was told that I should have known the material would not be waterproof because it is a woven fabric—despite the product being marketed with a 4.5/5 waterproofness rating.

After considerable back-and-forth, the company offered me a discount on their Waterproof Sun Shade product, which, ironically, was listed with a lower waterproofness rating than the product I had originally purchased.

I believe this matter should have been handled more professionally. Covers & All should have either supplied a product that matched its advertised specifications or replaced it without additional cost. Furthermore, the misleading waterproofness rating on their website remains unchanged, meaning other customers could encounter the same issue.

Very disappointing experience with the garden cushions ordered from Covers and All which still haven't been delivered. I have been promised three different delivery dates all of which have come and gone and I now find myself concerned about the legitimacy of this company and I would suggest ordering with caution.

Absolutely pointless customer services. Order is late for delivery so just chased and they can’t provide any update apart from a stock answer saying how busy they are and that it’s in production. Rest assure we are doing everything we can - apart from providing a meaningful answer of course. No revised delivery date and unable to check for me.
Well they won’t be busy for much longer if they carry on with this level of service. Wish I had read all the recent poor reviews before I placed the order now and gone elsewhere……………………….update 08/07/26 they finally arrived today, after placing the order on 6th June. The covers fit well, but their lead times are rubbish (delivery was due 18th June).Customer services did respond after I posted a complaint here, so I can’t understand why they couldn’t deal with this initially and provide an answer when I initially contacted them!

Shocking customer service. Order placed in May and still not even shipped. Weekly apologies due to backlog of orders and promises to ship within next 4-5 days or 7 days that come and go. Website still taking orders with no advice of any delays or extended lead times. Now the final straw. Will allow them this last week having been given another delay today and if it does not ship will claim refund with rough my credit card provider. At this point on the fence if even genuine or a scam. Update 3rd July. Item shipped but has now been blocked with FedEx having arrived in the UK from India for 7 days. Significant time taken using the chat function to discuss with customer support who give empty promises that their team will get back to me. Total total scam. Do not use this company. I am now proceeding with my card company to reverse transaction. This is an Indian company at making their website looking like they are a UK company. If the product eventually arrives which is now extremely unlikely I expect it to be bogus.

Order process was straight forward but the payment part was very problematic. I have used the secure link provided on your order page to pay with PayPal but the link was corrupt and I have had a confirmation that the money has been withdrawn from my account before even I authorised it. I have contacted your help desk but they were very unhelpful. I had to close my PayPal account and inform my bank to stop payment. Afterward I have ordered the products and received it in time as expected. The product quality is good. But not even one person contacted me to check if everything was ok after a horrible order process

So far it's been quite a traumatic experience from this company! We placed the initial order over 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive our order. Still waiting !

Is this company an actual scam? Placed order in April for outdoor furniture covers. Still not arrived. Spoke to the team on the phone several times with empty promises of the item being shipped and then never actually being shipped due to backlog. The last service rep hung up on me! Honestly is this a scam??

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a pergola cover in April & since then there have been a series of excuses for the continued delay. As I was expecting this order for use over the Summer months I gave up yesterday after yet another delay, & cancelled my order.

This is my 3rd review as I still have not had a refund and am still being lied too. Do not use this dreadful company.
I am being told the item is dispatched- but is now on hold!! This words do not even make sense. I bought this item in early April and it was to be dispatched in a week. You have lied and lied and lied again
I just want my money back. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Please just sort it out.

The custom design was manufactured and arrived quite quickly. On arrival the cover was a perfect fit everything I was looking for.

Just over one month on after placing my order and still being given the run around as opposed to when covers will be despatched.
Have been in production for over one month and was originally given a deliver date of the 22nd May, which has long passed.
Really not happy by the false time scales given by this company, who have also a misleading site claiming to be based in the uk when in fact they are American based.

The service I received from this company was appalling, the delivery of my order took nearly 5 weeks, I tried to contact the company and got very poor response back that I actually began to think it was a scam, I was also offered £5 compensation which I still haven't received, however on finally receiving my order the quality is very good and I am satisfied with the cover I ordered, but I am sorry to say I won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend them.

Impossible to contact them. My order has not been delivered and they are unable to advise if or when it will be delivered. Having to go for a chargeback. Avoid.

Awful experience. Provided a shade that didn't match size requirements - entirely their fault. Terrible Indian call centre who deliberately don't engage with your issue. Please take your business elsewhere.

I purchased x 2 Custom Sofa Cushion Set with this company.

According to the listing/photos I belief that what I was getting/paying for was a three seater cushion set as shown in the pictures detailed on this product listing. But in fact all I got for over £200 was x 2 seat cushions and x 2 back cushions (foam and cushion covers). I reasonably believed I was purchasing was x 6 seater cushion and x 6 back cushion set. I have asked to return the items for a refund due to misleading product information and the company refuse to accept my refund/return. So I have now had to escallate this to trading standards to seek help as the company will not respond to my recent correspondence. Very disappointed with this company, it's response to this situation along with it's misleading service. If the listing showed several other cushion fitting options e.g a single chair etc I would have course questioned this before I ordered/paid for it but when there was only one photo of the end product being a three seater outdoor cushion set I didn't question it.

In response to the companies review response which is most appreciated. I would however like to point out at no point in the product listings does it state that the images provided on the listing that they are a promotional example and not what is supplied. A set means multiple not one. So when the only image showing apart from material and tie option is a three seater cushion set the customer will beleive that is what your getting/paid for. My question is why is the product called a "Sofa Cushion Set" along with illustrating a complete three-seater sofa arrangement without clearly stating that the dimensions relate to only one seat cushion and one back cushion?

I had a custom tarp produced. Unfortunately, despite multiple calls and multiple emails to the design team there was great difficulty in confirming the position of grommets that were to be placed in the center of the tarp. This resulted in two orders being placed in error, by the design team, and being billed without removing one of the charges. I would strongly suggest not using this company if a special order is required.

Placed an order, received good advice on sizing with their fixtures set so decided not to go ahead with the order. I’m months down the line and have not had my money back, almost £100!! They won’t respond to my emails either.
So be warned before you buy!!
Also they absolutely spam you with emails once they have your email address.
