Cozy N Safe Avis 

Unfortunately I have to give this a low score. I have sent you 2 emails about the lack of padding in this seat and I haven't had any replies.

On the surface it's a good value for money seat with isafe and R129. It does everything I needed in a seat for my circumstances. The 360 swivel is great as I have a 3 door car so need to be able to turn the seat around. It's a sturdy and safe feeling seat.

However I need to take out the infant insert for my granddaughter and the padding left in the chair was awful. Next to no padding between the child and the shell.

I emailed you about this but you haven't bothered to respond to either of my emails. This was disappointing as I expected better for a British company.

Should I get a satisfactory response and solution to the padding issue I would be happy to review this seat higher as otherwise it meets my needs.

Bought the cozy n safe Hudson from boots. The harness has come open twice while my son was in the seat. He was dancing and it popped open. I have called cozy n safe and was asked to email my issue! I explained it’s urgent as my son is not safe! She didn’t seem concerned! Said her manager was in a meeting so there was nothing she could do?!!
Feeling a bit frustrated! Going to have to buy a new seat urgently and hope I get my money back. Buy with caution! I have emailed but no response not even auto reply to say they received it.
Edit.. 2 days later I chased them. Had call back and now they are refunding me. Thanks

I’m really pleased with my granddaughters car seat. It is so easy to fit its light, my granddaughters are very comfortable in it.
I’d recommend it and so pleased with the look it’s first class.

Had a fantastic little buggy that I loved . Sadly it stopped working at 4 months old due to the mechanism not saying place so would not stay up . I sent video everdence to show this but unfortunately they never returned any more my emails .

Speed of delivery

We had an issue with an order that was totally our fault. We called Customer services at Cozy N Safe and Helen did everything to guarantee a great outcome. The standard of care, and the understanding way that they sorted out a situation that was not their's to sort out was second to none. I'd recommend this company to anyone. 5 Star!
