Ordered shoes for my wife as a gift. took longer than promised. got the shoes in a wrong size. Have reached out to them multiple times with no results other than a confirmation of recieving my complaint.

Company is a scam. I paid over 70 dollars for a Carolina hurricanes bedding set. It was a Christmas gift to my son. It came over a week after Christmas when It was ordered in November. It was burgandy in color instead of red an it was just a sheet not a comforter for 70 bucks!!! What a disappointment for a child!

Husband gave me shoes from this company but when opened they were 2 sized smaller than ordered. Found multiple BBB complaints the same as mine and none got refunds or exchanges back. EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO TO THE OREGON CONSUMER COMPLAINT SITE and file a complaint against this company. Now! Because they have only received 1 complaint. If you all file then action can be take. I ordered a blanket for my Grandson, I still haven’t received it. I ordered on December 2 and it is January 4.

After waiting a month for my package I have to say is nothing like what was advertised. It was not a comforter set it was some cheap fabric with patriots logo it sure was not worth the $60 I paid for, customer service is unreachable. This company is definitely a scam I will never ever buy anything from them again

This company is a scam. I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift in 11/30/19 and here we are on new years eve and still no sweater. I emailed them numerous times and they just kept saying they are processing. Im fed up and will call my bank in the morning to dispute. Call your bank and let them know this was a scam and you will get your money back in less then a week. Or do through paypal but they take longer.

Order Hoodie Dec 2, 2019, still have not receive product. state they are still processing the order. No expect date, they told me to be patient they still may have to process order. I doubt if it get it. They are also on pay pal

Ordered a Christmas sweater that cost $55. Never received it! And I believe they tried to charge additional stuff on my credit card! Luckily my credit card company caught it. Had to cancel my card. They are total crooks!

I ordered a hoodie on November 25th and still haven’t received anything. I let Paypal know that I wanted a refund on my purchase. I should of read the reviews before I ordered. The site sent me a message with DHL tracking information and there hasn’t been an update since December 3rd. I have escalated it and filed a claim against them. DO NOT order from this company !!

I’ve learned like all of you that this crap was a scam. It appears we all shopped the same day. They must’ve made a killing that day. One damn blanket and I can’t get them to send it. Slow damn boat from China if it even exists. Waiting on PayPal to call back on my money. Tried them yesterday and got in a damn phone circle with me winning all kinds of foolishness if I pressed one number or another. Click...give me an American and a human dang it!! Someone with real compassion. May not be much money but I had to put up with a lot of crap to earn it. It’s mine. This sucks!! This place is a SCAM. Stay far away from this "company". I ordered a "quilt" and recieved nothing. Heard nothing from them and emailed them multiple times. I have put in a claim with Paypal and advised them to verify this so called company. I also turned them into the Better Business Bureau and my local authorities as a fraud!

My comments go right along with everyone else's on this website. Ordered a blanket for a Christmas present December 5th. Still haven't received a tracking number. Someone will reply to my emails, only to inform me that it is still processing. Have asked multiple times if I will receive it by Christmas, without any response. Unfortunately feel as if I have thrown my money at an illegitimate business. There's no contact number. Only an email and New York address. Extremely disappointing, considering the gift was to be a very special gift. I hope whoever created this company has a terrible Christmas and following New Year.

For everybody same happened to me. I ordered 12-5-19 for a comforter set. No tracking or contact email or number in receipt. I read reviews trying to find them and I called PayPal. They followed up with me and I DID GET MY MONEY BACK. So call PayPal asap! Let them know the company can't be found really online and let them know about the reviews. I got my money back on the 16th I believe

Oh no....just read these reviews and am devastated that I will probably not get what I ordered or it will be a disappointing version of what I thought I ordered.

actually received what was supposed to be a quilt but is a single piece of material with stitching to look like quilt. Supposed to say "there's snowplace like home" and says instead "there's snoepace like home." Contacted them but no reply. Realized this is same place I ordered a Packers quilt a year ago that came and helmet is backwards. WHAT A JOKE. Always changes their store name.

I have been emailing for 3 weeks now waiting on my merchandise that I ordered. I decided look up to see if there are any reviews and what I found totally freaks me out!!! There is nothing but bad reviews and now I’m scared I won’t receive my merchandise. Like all of you all I have is my receipt through pay pal. I don’t know where to turn from here. This is ridiculous!!
