What a scam. Don't order anything from this company. Ordered a Christmas gift and only record of my order is through Paypal. No email confirmation, no tracking, etc. I email them with no response. Terrible customer service and I have no idea if I will get the item.

No email, no way to contact these people. This company is a JOKE. This was ordered on Nov 29th for the holiday probably wont make it by Christmas. THIS IS WHY AMERICA SHOULD MAKE THEIR OWN STUFF. Overseas shopping. It's a joke

Same as others have said. Only record is a PayPal receipt. No confirmation, no tracking. I have no idea when or if my items will arrive.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes Stephen King book. Cute shoes for my daughters birthday took 2 months to come, in the right box but wrong size. Emailed them, oh keep shoes, will send you correct size as a replacement. Months went by emailed them they said oh you got your shoes. Did nothing they claimed to do or say. I would never buy from them again. Poor company with cute products not managed right.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering from cozyzon.

"I ordered a pair of shoes from Cozyzon on the 31st August 2019 with a delivery date of 10 - 14 days, that was the 19th September (now 2nd October). I have as yet still not received a tracking number or confirmation of delivery".
This email to paypal dispute team prompted Cozyzon to send my shoes, they arrived sometime after 25th Oct (I was on holiday when they arrived), several weeks after the scheduled date.
The shoes are ok, comfortable but very cheaply made, I would return but think I would not get a refund and they cost to return would be too expensive back to China.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! How to give a NEGATIVE STAR Rating is needed! Same song and dance as all other bad reviews.... wrong size, supper nice"gonna send new paid", then crickets.... NO shoes that fit, No correct size as promised, No response to emails, No refund. Love the shoes.... I have a super cute "Cruise Girl" size 8.5 US. will exchange for a size 10 anyone???

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 29 pairs of shoes from them. They sent 2 wrong sizes & have been stalling for the better 1/2 of a month sending replacements. They continue to ask for pictures of the wrong sized shoes, which I have sent twice. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. They also took MUCH LONGER to arrive than quoted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM COMPANY. I had the same experience that a lot of other people are reporting. Ordered shoes, but they sent the wrong size. They offered to send the correct size, but those were "lost due to carrier error." They offered to issue a refund, but it didn't go through. Now they're ignoring my emails. Don't do business with this scam company.

Just like several other reviews I've looked at....I received the wrong size and was told to "keep them as a gift" and "we will send your correct size shoes to you in 13-15 working days." That was two months ago! DO NOT purchase anything from Cozyzon! EVER!

I have emailed them 4 times since they supposedly reordered my shoes and have received no response! The allotted manufacturing time set by COZYZON has long passed.
They told me not to return the wrong shoes and that I can keep them as their “gift” to me. How can this be a "gift" to me if I can't wear them. I contacted the BBB today and made a horrible review. I hope they can resolve this. I will be selling on E-bay to at least get my money back!!

I was sent the wrong size. They said they would replace. And have not heard back from them. Very poor!!

Received order after 6 weeks (Aug 28) Wrong size. Contacted them about my issue (Sep 4) immediately they responded that they’ll take care of it and I didn’t have to send back the merchandise. That they’re going to send a replacement and I will receive in 14 days. I’m still waiting for the merchandise (Oct 28). I have sent several messages an no response. Merchandise is not cheap... I expected better customer service.

I have not recieved 2 out of the 3 shoes I ordered and it was over 5 months ago. Super disappointed.

Cozyzon appears to also be Lazorastore and Noristore. Both are the same scam! If you have already ordered, file a dispute claim with your credit card company no matter how long ago you first placed it; get a replacement card with a new card number; and See Lazorastore.com reviews.

Terrible company. Just like everyone else...got the wrong size shoes. They said I would have my correct shoes by October 1st. Haven't seen them yet. No one answers emails or the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! I have already contacted the BBB.

I ordered a pair of shoes August 17th, a month later after not receiving them sent an email, they replied that the shoes were sent but lost in the mail so a new pair would be made and sent, from there they said they had been sent but they were going to "check all the numbers" before giving me the tracking numbers. I have not heard from them since and they have quit responding to my emails. I would stay away from this company!!! I will update if I receive the shoes.

I ordered shoes in a size Women 9, I received a size 7. I was told they will send another pair but I haven't heard back from them. This is real sad because the shoes was really nice & I wanted to order more but I won't because they can't be trusted in sending the right size

I was deterred by negative comments posted here, so tried to cancel my order. They would not cancel as it had already been processed. My shoes arrived today. They are perfect! The right size and exactly as described. Didnt expect the quality of Converse but the look is the same and they are confortable. These will be a talking point whenever I wear them.
