We recently viewed a property with Erin (from the Woodville Road branch) and she was so lovely and chatty when showing us around the flat. She kept us updated every step of our application process and answered any questions we had!

We were then accepted by the landlord for the property and Rhiannon (from the Roath branch) took over our signing process. She was very helpful any time we had questions and always followed up with us if she needed to double check something! She really made the signing process very simple and easy!

The team at both branches were great and really helpful and would recommend looking to find a property to rent with them!

Tiffany was/is very good in my opinion bery professional, with putting an offer in it was all agreed and got the ball rolling working half a day, very good 10/10 for this young lady .

Nathan was really helpful when we were searching for a house back in 2022. We didn't manage to find anything at the time as the market was crazy, but we've recently asked him to take a look at the house we ended up buying for advice on how to best renovate to sell. Nathan went above and beyond to offer really great advice and produce a report of comparable sold properties in the area. We're very grateful and hope to sell with him when the time comes. Incredibly fast and easy process when securing our home through CPS. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Nikki Hamer who helped us throughout the signing process.

Lovely, friendly staff on the face of it. However, having had my property advertised for rent with them for 5/6 weeks, only 3 viewings had been carried out. Communication and feedback was lacking throughout and when I proactively sought feedback, I was consistently told that the market was quiet and that things would pick up in the summer. They had already advised to drop the price twice, which I did reluctantly, to a price lower than the house had been rented for previously. After 5/6 weeks, there was till no sign of the property being let and therefore, I moved it to another Cardiff based letting agent who secured and carried out 5 viewings within 48 hours of the property being advertised, 3 of which wanted to proceed. For clarity, the rental/affordability criteria for both agencies was comparable. Consequently, I think that tells its own story.

We signed a tenancy with CPS, within a month the landlord allowed construction workers access to our garden, erecting scaffolding in our garden and blocking in our windown from opening. And the best part is they didnt even bother telling us about it.

Marta Popis-Maciag was very helpful when we had to renew our contract for signing on another year in our flat. She was kind and very quick to get back to us on anything that we needed help with. She made the experience easy.
