Great service provider to make your eBay listings look very professional and on brand. The system and support is excellent.

My overall experience with Crazylister thus far has been amazing. I took advantage of the trial offer and my expectations were exceeded by a landslide. The ease of use! listings page builder! Customer service! Amy & Din were amazing I tell you! All were top notch. Not to mention, my newly created Crazylister template boosted my page views dramatically. I'm guessing the spike in views were due to my very polished, professional-looking listing made with Crazylister. So all in all, I'm overly satisfied with Crazylister... Now I'm at the end of my trial so..... Yes! That's right. I bought my subscription with Crazylister to keep the ball rolling and so should you!

Terrrible experience - If you can avoid them, consider doing so.

Their main problem is that their templates belong to them, even if you make one up from their templates and pay for the right to use it, you have to pay each month, in excess of 150usd per month to keep the templates. If you don't they do their best to extort you by putting their banners and annoying images on your listings so that you have to pay. Words can't describe how useless this service is. Consider elsewhere.

This has been a long standing saga, the business operators, when i mentioned a refund 3 months plus back, would not offer one. Now, i have posted my review on here, they were happy to entertain the idea of refunding me, if i took down the review. That seems to me to be poor business practice - they had months to provide the refund i requested and wouldn't do it. Now they will. But i have to take down my review. I value the ability to inform the general public about business that don't measure up, both in their services and their subsequent actoins.

They say it's how someone handles their complaints that count and this business has, instead of taking the review on and trying to alter some aspect or grow as a result. They have chosen to report it to try and take it down. if they take it down, another one will appear in it's place. I feel it's important to inform prospective users of my experience with Crazylister. I, personally, would never use them, they may suit your needs, I don't know. Just be careful and exercise a little caution.

In response to their pricing, it is 120usd per month, if you pay 12 months in advance and 150 if you pay month to month, for the listing numbers we needed. This is not an inaccurate review, perhaps they don't like the fact that they couldn't 'encourage' me into taking a 'refund' in exchange for removing the review. But that doesn't make my review in accurate.

Din is a great customer service rep who answered all of my questions quickly and even sent replies back on the weekend nights! Out of the four Ebay listing and template creation companies I tried, none could compare to Crazylister for ease of use and actually working correctly on the first try! Well done! You've earned by business!

I've been using CrazyLister on-off for the past year. The service is easy to use. You can create a template for your listings quite easily which are both desktop and mobile friendly.

It has helped my sales grow on eBay using the features. It's well worth a monthly subscription and you can cancel at any time without extra hidden fee's and re-subscribe whenever.

I had crazylister for my eBay shops for over a year. This is a bad company to be involved with. The customer service representatives are cocky & rude. Their software is not compatible with any inventory management software so unless your a online selling enthusiast this software won't work for you. I would not recommend their service.

The Customer Service at Crazylister is by far superior to any of the other ebay listing services that I have used over the past 10 years. They usually are able to get back to me on any problem I encounter very quickly - even for problems that ebay seemed unable to help with. I can now quickly List new products and get them to market with a professional looking Listing Template.

This really is the best thing to make your listings look amazing. I mean the kind of listings that elevate you past the regular "hobby" into, woa professional.
Plus the team has always been super responsive, really nice. Clearly dedicated team.
I've never had a question that takes more than a few hours to get answered, and solved and they always make you feel real great.
