Crazylister is awesome.!! I am not a paid subscriber yet, but, they put out a helping when I was having some problems with the new eBay system. I had to reach out to them more than once and always got a quick response to my questions. Crazylister is an excellent company and, simply because they were so helpful and reached out to me, I am definitely moving forward with the service. I would highly recommend Crazylister.

So i decided to check them out with a trial. I used a simple template and they applied it to all my listings, I have to admit it looked good, they 'CLEAN' your listings up so BE CAREFUL. It all seemed good and safe until the trial ended they removed or blocked ALL THE HTML content I added on my entire ebay store of over 300 items and every single description was turned into the smallest font and about 3 lines long. My sales are down by 30% and my customers must think I'm on drugs by the way my listings look. They completely obliterated my listings, I guess it's a ploy for them to get people to join and pay them monthly. I have gone from a poweseller to looking like an absolutely plonker because of them. If people choose not to take your product, you cannot remove all the description content on their listings and leave them with nothing!

Great help as always. Would recommend this company. Staff willing to do all they can to assist and my listings look so professional now. Had lost of compliments!

24.01.20 - STILL removing this from our items, - Bad, do not EVER use the free footer, it will slow down impressions and is impossible to remove, ask them,email,chat? not good on 20,000 items. We have had 'Help;' from on of your team, however as previous its impossible to remove, there is no auto way of removing all the code, and it interferes with ebay's mobile view correction. To remove the code will work but then you have to go through all the items and do ebay's auto mobile view correction, so as i said its like a virus, VERY hard to remove and thus i stand by my initial review.
There was help but the help did not work, and i am left to deal with all the listings one by one. Thanks, but no thanks, easy to add , horrendous to remove...no response and you manually have to remove the code!!!, I sent chat requests and 3 emails with no reply, the only reply i get is by leaving this very truthful review.

We all know the site has great templates and full of helpful articles (I think I've read them all at least 5 times), especially when just getting started... which I love. BUT, I have to say--- the Customer Support is what blows me away...

I can honestly say, I can't think of another company with customer support half as good as CrazyLister.

They are always genuinely interested in what's going on, and make sure any issues are resolved. Response time is virtually instantaneous.
