Crazylister Avis 331

I've been working with Crazy Lister for a few months now, both on the app and with custom service directly from the SEO of the company. The app is a very robust system that works properly and it's easy to use. The templates are nice and easy to apply.
I want them to develop more functionalities so I can drop my other services and do everything with them.

Awful experience
I keep being asked to review CrazyLister so here is my view...
my experience with CL has truly been awful. I first reported an issue I was having with my listings back in November 2017. To this day (26th July 2018), the problem still hasn't been fixed. The customer service is excellent and always get back to you in good time with a positive reply. This has worked against me as I was made to think that the problem will be sorted imminently so have waited and waited for the 'bug' to be fixed. I check back every few weeks for an update and I'm always told that it's being looked into and they'll be in touch soon but nothing ever changes. For the first 4 months, I was charged (even though I was told I wouldn't be) and I had to put up a bit of a fight to get my money back. I've finally given up hope of this issue ever being sorted and will now look for an alternative solution. I had high hopes for this company when they originally sold me the dream but unfortunately, they have failed to deliver.

Great Support! I have been dealing with Din the last few times I needed help, and the service has been prompt, courteous and on-point. Kudos!

Concept is great, have more professional looking listings. My experience was the complete opposite.

I created a template and applied it to approximately 300 listings. There was an error in the code and the template was not being displayed. The rep could not fix it and during the first weekend I had 1/3 of the sales that I have been having.

After 5 days I removed the template which reverted all of my listings back to original text, changed all of the store categories on ALL of the listings, and removed my html coded table that was on about half of the listings.

I lost tremendous sales since this happened. Spent over 3 weeks getting my listings back to where they were before applying the template. Now over the last week my listing impressions have decreased 50% when they had been on a steady rise (~10% every couple of weeks since starting back in December) and I have approximately 200 more listings then when I applied their template.

If you're planning on using this service, DO NOT apply to all of your listings.

It also took me over a week to get a refund. Horrible, horrible experience.

Although I am fairly new to Ebay Sales, I purchased from the company for many years and think that Crazylister is what both the sellers and buyers need. I am an experienced salesman ( manufacturers representative) for many years. I have also been a licensed marketing instructor in distributive education and have taught both marketing and business related courses for quite a few years as well. I think how a buyer perceives the product indicates whether they will purchase it or not and as a salesman I need something that will make my product be seen and stand out from the others since there is a great deal of competition. I think that Crazylister gives a sales person on Ebay that edge whether we be experienced in sales or if this is our first sales adventure. Crazylister has a large line of templates for most products sold on Ebay. Using Crazylister we are furnished instructions as to how best to present our templates so the possible customer will best receive our product line. If the salesperson has any problems Crazylister has a great team that will answer any questions that they might have and offer solutions that will help. Crazylister also has some other topics listed that will help us in our business program and we are informed that they keep up to date with Ebay changes and policies. Since so many buyers are starting to rely more on the use of mobile phones Crazylister also has mobile optimized which gives us a step above some other sellers as well.
Just as other sellers have been highly successful in a short time using Crazylister I feel that a sellers chances are improved tremendously using this service and I am going to be in there trying. Thanks staff at Crazylister for a great program and wonderful support that you furnish.

I've been looking for a listing/template program and discovered Crazylister. They are the one I've chosen out of all out there. Easy! Great templates! Helpful, superior customer service!

You won't go wrong with Crazylister!

My experiences with CL have been positive overall. Their customer service is fantastic, and usually answers quite quickly. If its in the middle of the night, they still send a programmed response telling you when they will return, with pertinent reference material attached.

Since I'm quite weak in my computer skills, I found the app somewhat cumbersome. Too many steps for me. I was impressed though, to experience on going and SUPER helpful support from the help desk. They held my hand all the way, and got me through my hiccups.

My best experience has been with the founder Victor. He writes incredible articles with priceless information on how to grow your business. I've also had the pleasure of talking directly with him over the phone, and this guy knows his stuff. Most impressive, he genuinely cares about EVERY customer.
