We have been using Crazylister for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. We moved from another template tool that couldn't handle Ebay's removal of active content, while CL was all over it and ready. Great fast easy tool to create, manage and maintain awesome looking templates. We ran into a bug early on that they were on top of and fixed right away. Smooth sailing since.
Very good for making slick professional-looking listings on EBay
I've only been using CrazyLister for about a week, so still on the learning curve. But the overall impression is very good. There's a lot of functionality in the product, it takes some time to learn how various features work but it's well worth the effort. If you put in the time, the resulting listings on EBay come out very slick and professional looking. The technical support is quite good; there are lot of articles online available - if you search for what you need you're very likely to find the answer. There's live online chat support is available for a few hours a day - I think there're generally one of 3 or 4 people will answer - however, I found that during night hours in Israel (daytime on US West Coast) it's sometimes hard to get a hold of anyone. On the positive note, when there's someone online they will respond right away. Your conversation is automatically recorded to email; which makes it very convenient to review it later.
I've been using CrazyLister integration with DShopIt. I would say the integration is somewhat clunky, there are a few bugs, particularly in Mobile listings. However, CrazyLister support was very helpful in explaining some workarounds to get around these bugs.
I also find the CEO Victor's blogs on how to sell on EBay very informative and inspirational. I've used his suggestions such as using MTurk to get feedback on my listing and got great feedback from that for very little cost. I'm still looking though for the right product to sell at good volume and with reasonable margins :-)
Major failure to notify customers of HUGE change that took down product descriptions
It works. Generally does what it says it will do. I found the software a little clunky - sometimes the changes you make don't "stick." Have to exit and go back in. I have also gotten subsequent notices from ebay saying I still have active content in my listings that this software was suppose to fix. My biggest gripe would be that eBay had a major policy update that affected how Crazylister functions. Instead of being able to fix it internally all users had to go into their accounts and do a simple modification. It was annoying that we had to do this modification manually but fine I get it. What was really upsetting is that we got 1 notification email from Crazylister about this and it read much more like a marketing email instead of a "Hey your product description are going to be removed unless you do this fix." And there were no follow up emails as the change approached or happened. This software has 1 job - make my listings look good. The change with eBay completely removed all of the formatting and changed the nice looking template into a popup link that customers would have to manually press to read about our product. In my opinion this issue affected the core of what the product does and should have been treated with a lot more emphasis. It is not bad software overall I guess, but the handling of this critical event is an issue. Still using it but only because it would be far more effort to find another solution at this time.
Looking GREAT!
Having read great reviews and hearing VERY positive things about CrazyLister, I was really keen to use it for my small cosmetics company. I joined but realised that as I have virtually no IT skills, their programme and software was just too complicated for me. It is probably easy for most people but I am 70, so hopefully, I can be forgiven!
Undeterred, I contacted CL and they said they would allocate a person to assist and design my eBay listings for me.
Perfect!
I was duly put in touch with Etienne who called me and sounded very professional. There was a little misunderstanding but all now resolved.
Anyway, Etienne's initial designs look FANTASTIC. I will update this listing when he has finished but I have no doubt that it's going to turn out really well.

Wonderful software!
I have been with Crazy Lister from the start and the evolution of the software has been amazing. Saves me so much time! Make a change on your saved template and in 1 click you can send the change to ANY listing on eBay using that template. No need to worry about eBay content compliance as they are always on top of it. Customer service is excellent.
They are always willing and eager to listen to any suggestions you have about the software.

Customer service is top notch
Customer service is top notch. I've had a few issues with glitches, and they respond very quickly and do their utmost to help and resolve my problems. Templates are easy to make and add to other listings. I make changes to every listing after I add the template, so it takes a little longer, and each requires a bit more maintenance, but the template-making process is quick and easy. My only "slight" issue is that there are some grammatical errors in every template, but I can read through those and fix them easily enough, so I don't see it as a deal-breaker; just something that goes along with making a new template.
Overall, I'm satisfied and would definitely recommend Crazy Lister to others. I'm also pretty sure that my sales have gone up as a result of using their templates, and that definitely makes me happy. :)

I have tried for 3 weeks to get crazylister to cancel my account. One of my messages to support hasn't even been read yet. They have now taken another payment.
The telephone number for them on my Paypal DDebit is not correct / fake unless +972 9999999999 is a real number???.

Thanks for replying I would respond as follows;
1) I have left 3 reviews on this site both of the others are 5 star so I don't make a habit of leaving bad feedback as I value great service and rarely leave feedback good or bad.
2) I asked by online chat ?? (which seems the only way to do this) to cancel my account . You responded a while later ( not 9 minutes as you say is the average) to ask what my reason was. I was no longer online to answer but I had used your methodology of your choice ( online chat) to cancel. If you ask to have your account cancelled it should be done and not be dependant on whether a customer gives a reason or not. By all means do a follow up request to ask why.
3) I appreciate your response both on trustpilot and to me personally but it's a shame that this responsiveness has occurred in light of this review. Really not sure what you mean by " not make a decision on your behalf?" , I asked to cancel? I made my decision.
Please add a genuine contact telephone number on Direct Debits, and a contact email address and/or maybe a cancellation online form and I will not have the impression that this is systematic rather than a " simple misunderstanding" as you say in your email to me. I asked to cancel, what is there to misunderstand? No this was at least a process flow problem ( hopefully not by design) that meant that because your colleague had replied to me my request to cancel was not carried out. So in your process the priority is to find out why I wish to cancel rather than carrying this out.

I do really like how with just 2 clicks …
I do really like how with just 2 clicks i can insert the template and text into every ebay listing. saved me hours editing every listing one by one due to ebay's constant updates. The latest being: https requirements. i'm still only on the 7 day trial as not decided on the subscriptions due to listing limitations and a hiked price for limited 5000 listings. Sellers in my field have 100k listings so this could be a problem for me when my business grows.

wsted too much time resolving problems
template did not work correctly on ebay. Would not save properly and I spent too much time trying to get it resolved!
Good idea but certainly not for me.
Live chat........usually responds in a few hours!! Sorry if you are providing a business service to businesses then you need to have 24/7 support.
I'll be going elsewhere to get templates sorted out.
