Easy to Use - Great Support

The Software itself is very selfexplainatory, has some cool, already finished templates and relies only on drag and drop for the design of your own template. I had some problems at the start, because another 3rd party lister was interferring with Crazylister; in this situation the support was always reachable within a couple of hours and very helpful. Thanks for this great tool.

Subscribed to the 1 year plan. I designed all the templates but they always give me an error saying the description exceeds maximum length when I tried to upload them on my listings.
Then I submitted multiple enquiries, it takes them 1 day to respond, until not I still haven't received their reply. What's good about a template when they cant even be uploaded on your ebay listing Very unacceptable customer service!

This listing program is tantamount to ransom ware. They let you try it for free and if you don't sign up they leave a permanent large expiration sign in your listing! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING IT! I HAD TO RECREATE ALL MY LISTINGS!

I have been with Crazylister for over two years now and have experience nothing but great things with the support and the overall service. This a terrible company do not use at any cost will ruin your ebay business over night, customer service useless, have been trying for 3 days to get the templates removed from my listing which are non mobile friendly on a mobile the wording is all over the place. they keep putting old templates on the listing when you try to remove the templates from your listing they stay there. all I want is to close my account before they try to take more money there should be a cancelletion button on the site but you have to email them and they just ignore you.

Their templates are so professional looking and there are a lot of different layouts. You can change them anyway you want to fit your needs.
