Words cant express the joy
Best Christmas present ever. The kids and their friends love this thing. The owners and staff communicated well. There was a minor mixup in communications but they made it right.
There are so many games available. kids love the Japanese games. This is just endless hours of fun and a great party pleaser.
The build quality is very good, I just wish there wasnt a gap between the screen and the control board so you can put quarters up there but a small piece of black foam fixed the.

Thrilled with Creative Arcades Team!
Ordered the 4 player with 4500 games for my son. Brian was fantastic to deal with. He was very responsive, and made the process seamless. These machines are in high demand, and I knew it was a long-shot to order early Dec and expect Christmas delivery. Brian was honest and said he’ll do all he could, but couldn’t guarantee I’d get it by the 25th. I ended up receiving it with almost a week to spare, and we are thrilled with it! The whole family (and friends) are enjoying it. My son went through the roof when he saw it Christmas morning, and hasn’t stopped playing it. Thanks so much Brian and team!

Super happy customer
Just received the 2 in 1 virtual pinball and arcade machine. It was heavy and securely wrapped and on a pallet. The hardest part of unpacking and setting it up was moving it. But the set up was quick and easy(I watched a youtube video to see how to put legs on, which helped) . Once started, it works great! Played it for 3 hrs and I'm very satisfied with the machine. Made 1 call to tech support and is give the guy 5 stars for his assistance. I highly recommend this product

Great product, great service!
Ordered game and was shipped in a matter of days. Received as promised. Emails were answered promptly and professionally. Had minor issue with one stool and replacement part was sent and I received within days. I highly recommend this company.

I have been doing a lot of business with this company for close to 2 years, if everyone knew the kind of stuff Brian and his staff has to deal with importing everything that he does was like, you would be surprised and impressed! They have always delivered 100%, and solved any issue 100% of the time. People need to understand the challenges covid has put on companies like creative, mine, and a majority of the USA! 7-stars!

My husband is one happy guy!
I surprised my husband with the tilt top cocktail table. It arrived quickly (in just one week from order date) and was packaged securely. It was easy to set up since no assembly was required. I just plugged it in and turned on the power, and it was ready to play! The quality of the construction is excellent. It is very sturdy. The controllers are very responsive. The sound is good and adjustable. The game selection is outstanding. We will have to play this for years and years before we get through all of the games! I contacted customer service with a question and received a prompt response. My husband is so happy with his surprise! Thanks so much!
