Ordered wine barrel 412 game 2 player arcade. It's amazing. It's like going back in time. Put it in my man cave and we play video t, darts, and cassette tapes. Had a few questions, called creative, and they solved them on the spot. Will consider another purchase some day. Thanks Creative Arcades.

I love my game. It can as expected and on time. I play it every evening before bed. My left joystick isnt working but going to call them.

Put in a lot of research before purchasing. Creative Arcades was a no brainer. Got the 4 player slim and couldn't be happier. More games than I'll ever play but I like knowing I got the fully loaded package. Reminiscing with my kids playing my favorites games from back in the day. Quality time spent together. its been over a month and not one single email telling me when my machine will ship wth???

Service was not bad. Communication could be much better. It takes weeks for the game to be processed, but I didn't see that published anywhere during the purchase process. It's been 6 weeks since my purchase and there have been no updates. I would expect an email every week or two just as reassurance that things are progressing, particularly for such a costly purchase.

Waiting much longer (in fact still waiting for well over a month now) for my order to arrive, yet alone be shipped from their warehouse.

Quick service easy too contact and great help with sale quick shipping and tracking was easy will recommend and will buy from them again

Amazing, top-quality arcade that took me down memory lane while becoming an instant hit with my kids. It was shipped fast, boxed up securely, and arrived in pristine condition. I had a question about the games and I called the number listed on their website and their customer service was fantastic, they got me on a FaceTime call and showed me a few tricks that I didn't know about (now I'm gonna use those when I play against my boys!). Top-notch all around!

After an impatient start with how shipping was going I reached out to express my frustration with a 1 star review. This company immediately noticed and put the effort in to go up the supply chain to get me any answers they could. They were able to find out it will be shipped next week and my kids can’t sleep now they are so excited. Follow up is a 5 star.

Creative Arcades assumed responsibility for the additional transportation expenses that no one expected, which was appreciated. It is a very nice looking product.

When I received the
Machine player one track ball was hanging. I had to remove the panel underneath and thankfully the screws were still there. Otherwise this machine is awesomeness!!

I've already been charged for the item I ordered back in Dec, yet no delivery date has been established. This week will be exactly a month from when it was ordered. Communication throughout the process has been no existent. The only time I hear anything is if I make an attempt to reach out to them. It wait wouldn't be so bad if you weren't already being billed for it and making payments against it.
