Brian and his team are top notch. I purchased 2 dual racers for our lakeside cabin in Sevierville TN (Cedar Cove Cinema). The racers are beautiful. Creative arcades did a great job and it really sets our cabin apart. I will say, be patient. It is NOT a quick process. My order fulfillment took about 6 months but the communication was great. The arcades work. The delivery and set up was as advertised. I highly recommend Brian and his team at Creative Arcades

They never did email me anything. the game and it took about twice an amount of time to get it which I understand because that shipping but when it finally arrived, it had been broken. I purchased a $6,500 virtual pinball machine from CA in February 2025. A year and a half later it has not been delivered despite being paid for in full including shipping and handling. I have been continually given excuses by Brian Horowitz, the owner of CA. I am contemplating filing a fraud complaint with local law enforcement.02

Placed my order on July 2 and they immediately charge my credit card. I was told 4 to 6 weeks. I had no problem with that. I received absolutely no correspondence at all and at the seven week mark I started contacting via email my sales agent they coordinated the sale. Waited four days with no response and started contacting creative arcades directly. Zero response from them either. Dispute the charge on my credit card bill and was credited back the full amount. Still to this day not a word out of this company so I don’t know if they’re legit or not. Buyer beware.

Amazing Custom Racing Arcade

Machines delivered broken and never Fixed.
I had three Arcade Machines delivered. One was delivered broken and the stand up arcade machine partially works. Its a 4 player machine but only one player works. The light guns do not work. I tried to schedule service multiple times and the Salesman Brian said the technician was coming but this never happened. I spent $34,000 for 4 machines and only one works. Very upset with my service and feel ripped off.

I took about two months to ship
I took about two months to ship. When arriving to Dallas, the shipping company scheduled a delivery date, took time off from work but never received item. After calling several times shipping company said it was in a train waiting to unload. Until now. I do not know where my item is or when I’m receiving it. Will not go with this company for future purchases. Initially, customer service was great.

On December 6th, 2025, I ordered a three-person cocktail arcade table for over $4,700. I was told delivery would be by the end of January, and I was happy to wait the 7–8 weeks.
That date came and went. Each time I followed up, I was given a new delivery date — often after waiting two weeks just to get a response. February passed, then spring.

The microswitches on the arcade deck register inputs as fast as a perfectly indexed database query pulling a local file. The cabinet artwork and screen bezels look premium. The internal volume dial is hyper-sensitive, jumping from whisper-quiet to deafening with barely a millimeter turn.
