I have no idea where in the process my order is.

They promised me a refund!!! But still haven’t received it . I ordered machine in January and still nothing . Terrible experience

We are so pleased with everything about our cocktail arcade from Creative Arcades! The ordering process was very easy, they customized it just like we wanted, it was delivered quickly, and the fit and finish is perfect. We really enjoy playing all the classic arcade games - they even game us some games for free! I highly recommend Creative Arcades!

I placed an order and found out a couple days later that it's out of stock. I was never notified when it would be back in stock.

So far the machine works well, delivered within an acceptable time frame from order date.

Sold me a T2 machine for $8,500. Immediate problems with the guns - tried recalibrating multiple times, including with their tech team, but never worked. Then the entire cache of games just disappeared. They sent a tech team to trouble-shoot in person - they were able to re-install the game suite, but couldn't fix the issues to make the guns work. They took it away, at which point I kept asking the company if they could provide a replacement unit, but they simply never answered. I ultimately had to put in a credit card dispute to obtain the funds back, but then they tried to charge a $2300 "re-stocking" fee. Great gig, if you can get it - ship out a broken unit, and still charge $2300 to take the broken unit back....

We are very happy with our Two Player Cocktail Arcade and the Creative Arcades team was super helpful and communicative. We got custom artwork done and it looks awesome! Shipping was well coordinated and everything arrived as promised.

I would like to amend my earlier review. Although I had to wait a long time for my arcade now that it's here it is awesome! They set up everything and I am very satisfied!

The custom artwork team is phenomenal!

I had been looking to invest in a pinball machine for many years, but couldn't decide on which one. This machine solved that problem in style along with classic video games that the kids are experiencing for the first time. I never review anything, but this was well worth the money!

Called in to inquire about machine and they suggested we facetime to "look" at each product. The customer service was amazing. Super fast shipping and was able to "plug and play". Great quality and looks fantastic!

Great ordering and delivery experience. Shipped and arrived by Christmas with white glove delivery being the way to go. Delivery team brought the VR TR2 Pinball machine to my second floor and assembled. Made sure it was working and good before leaving.

I had an issue with the mechanical plunger on the machine that the tech support folks worked very quickly to resolve. Couldn't ask for better customer service after the sale.

There's a free play button on the front where anyone could just override putting in a coin. I had to call a tech and disconnect it myself. The interface for picking a game could use some work. When you use the search function, it doesn't show the game footage. I'm not sure why there are separate 3D and 2D columns. I thought I used the setting for always displaying the time left but it doesn't seem to work. Neither does holding Start to exit the game.

The service was fine. Things came as expected. I was not sure how the delivery was going to be but I have hand trucks and the package was delivered on a truck with a lift gate so it wasn't too bad.
