Creative Arcades Avis 

The company seems sound but they don’t communicate well. They were late delivering and the end product being very well built seems to have a couple problems. A beautiful 32” HD monitor that’s blurry. None of the pixels in the games are sharp. I have heard that it’s a setting in the Mame emulator but I don’t know where to set it on this machine. No paperwork or owners manual. I will say that the build is top notch. Very professional in its execution. No loose wires everything neatly in its place. The games play very well but just don’t look as good as the arcade console originals

Bought a 4p slim arcade a few years. Many of the games are poor ports from China. There are visual and audio glitches, along with non-English instructions in many cases. I worked with the Creative Arcades team over this time to fix the issues, installing several new cards that they sent me, but ultimately the glitchy games were unable to be fixed. About half the games work quite well, just be prepared for many of your favorite games to not function properly

When I originally bought my arcade machine, I was told that the ability to save games was coming soon and they would send out a free update when that was available. After a couple of years of waiting, I gave up on this.

But then I recently saw an update from them that they were finally adding this ability. I called to ask about getting the upgrade to allow this, and they told me they would send it for free if I purchased a gun kit. So I did.

I got the gun kit and updated game drive, but I was still unable to save games following the instructions they gave me. The gun kit also didn't work. The movement was very choppy on the main screen and didn't work at all in any of the games I tried.

When I emailed asking for a return, the owner acted irritated and said he never claimed I could save games, even though I still have it in email.

I like the arcade, but wish they wouldn't promise things if they can't deliver. And now after dealing with the owner, I won't bother them again.

It took 7 weeks for a game console to arrive. It was in stock when I placed the order. If something is going to take that long, it would be nice to know that at time of purchase.

My order has not been delivered after 2+ months. I was told it would be shipped out 2 weeks ago but I've received no tracking or shipping info. I've emailed them 3 times for an update since then but have had zero response. Right now I am not trusting that I will even get my game machine. If anything changes, I will resubmit my review.

UPDATE: I was finally able to reach the company by phone. After a brief hold, a gentleman came on the line and said that my machine was finally being packed for shipping. To make up for the delay, they included a gun set, which made me very happy. Fast forward - I now have the game, it arrived packaged very well and in perfect condition. After taking a few minutes to figure out how to navigate through the games, I am loving this. This is a top quality machine and other than the extra long wait to receive it, I highly recommend getting one!

Pincade combo stopped working within two months. It's been out of commission for over a month now and support is so slow to work with that I don't anticipate a fix for multiple more months. Quite disappointed that such an expensive machine couldn't hold up.

Love the video games, love the console, but I upgraded to be able to have easy access to favorite games and it is not as easy as I anticipated. Would have been great to have a more seamless process to get to your favorite games instead of having to plug in an external keyboard.

Creative Arcades went above and beyond to answer my questions during the buying process. My arcade cabinet arrived on time, and within 30 minutes was up and running. One minor follow up question was quickly answered by their on-call tech support on a Friday night. My family, friends and I enjoy the many games almost every day. Not an impulse buy, but definitely a worthwhile investment. One relative is considering a purchase from Creative Arcades now that he has seen the quality of the build and operation.

I'll let you know if I actually get the product. Ordered on March 19th it's now May 19th, still do not have it. Order tracking only shows 'order received'. If you can't deliver the products don't advertise them!

Pincade is very well built and sturdy. It is very heavy! Games are great! The set up instructions on the web site are oversimplified. The site says bolt on the legs, swing up the back screen and secure it and you are ready to go. My back screen came in a separate box so I had to mount it and then connect all the cables between it and the main computer. It was confusing as there are extra plugs that aren’t used and the printed instructions aren’t clear enough. The cables need to be better marked. My back screens didn’t work as I had things plugged in wrong. One call to the tech rep fixed quickly. We faced timed and he looked at where the cables were plugged in via my phone. Great tech service. Everyone who comes over wants one!

So many games. I haven’t even come close to playing them all.

I still haven’t received my purchase. It has now been 2 months and I have reached out but still haven’t seen it and no explanation on why I haven’t gotten it.

Responsive company, excellent product

Well, been waiting for my system to arrive for sometime now.....still have not recieved it yet. No issues with the company as I support SBVO. Just wish after spend $$$$ it would have been faster.

Will provide an update after I finally recieve the TR-2 arcade system and try it out.

The customer service was unbeatable. The system arrived with two trackballs hanging and the screws in the bottom of the crate/box and inside the enclosures. The blue module was not attached but loose on the bottom of the enclosure and NOT hooked up (video, audio, and main connection). Sunbeam talked me through everything to get it up to speed - on a Saturday from home! Awesome! So minor and easily correctable items. Thanks! The system is everything I could have hoped for and the service/help was over the top.
