Unboxing the freight delivery was like trying to wrestle a piano into the living room, so definitely get some help. Second game. Broken cabinet. No resolutions.
This is the second game I've purchased because I wanted to upgrade to a game with the trackball. I was excited about this game, but this experience has not been optimal. It took an extremely long time to receive our game...months from the time we ordered it. Very disappointed. Also, once we received the game, we realized that the trackballs really didn't work with precision and are virtually unusable. Lastly, part of our console cabinet broke and we have not been able to get a resolution from the company. So, we have a game that we can't play after playing a handful of times. Workmanship was not great. No resolution available. I do not recommend buying from this company. You will be on your own if something happens.

Business is not forthcoming
Unfortunately I can’t offer a review of the arcade game that I purchased on 11/24/2025 because this Christmas gift, that I was assured would arrive by Christmas, has still not arrived as of 1/2/2026. The owner, Brian, subsequently continued to be deceitful; The shipping company only picked up the machine on December 30th. Even after several calls during December, Brian even told me that the machine was being put on a truck 12/11 and I would receive a call on 12/18 to schedule delivery by Christmas. I purchased the machine on 11/24, so why would the machine not have been shipped immediately; the payment was taken immediately. The Machine was supposed to ship from California to PA for pre Christmas delivery.
If timing is an issue, you will want to consider sourcing this machine elsewhere .

Very slow lead times
I ordered this over two months ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I did call about two weeks ago and was told it would ship soon but still no confirmation. I’ll give it another week then see what my options are for refund/return.

After 3 months I still have not received my order. Seems to be a similar experience to others. Every team I reach out I’ve been told ‘just 1 more week’. That’s been going on for at least 2 months. Buyer beware.

Terrible communication and billing practice
Over 8 weeks ago my card was charged ~6000$. Zero communication except when I contacted them 3 weeks ago. At that time they said shipping was due within 1 week. Still no notification after another 3 weeks.
They should not charge till shipped and should communicate if delayed.
Getting worried.

Having approximately $6,000 charged to your card and then going weeks without an update would understandably make anyone nervous, especially after you were told your order was expected to ship within a week and then another three weeks passed without notification.
We especially understand your concern about communication. When a customer has made a significant purchase, they should not have to wonder what is happening with their order or repeatedly reach out just to receive an update. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding the delay, we recognize that the communication described in this review fell short of the experience we want our customers to have.
