I spoke with Adam regarding my order who dealt with my enquiry within a matter of minutes! He immediately sent me a photo via WhatsApp of the item, phoned me back straight away and shipped immediately, item arrived by lunchtime the next day and saved my teenagers birthday! Literally.
The set is perfect and my son and myself could not be happier! Adam, you honestly could not have done more for us!! 5***** A+++! Absolutely second to none!! Thankyou so much, from all of us here, can’t wait to buy from you guys again.

First and foremost we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. We sometimes do have inventory issues/ website glitches and we can understand your frustration. You were contacted on the third working day after placing your order to explain the situation and as you were on a tight schedule you would not have benefited from our sourcing system. Which has a 7 working day delivery window. In addition to this our team reached out to you on the third working day after placing your order which was well within the delivery window specified at checkout. We are not trying to brush the matter under the carpet but we hope you accept our sincerest apologies and that this doesn’t prevent you from ordering in the future.

Placed order for trainers yesterday at 4pm for my daughter’s birthday which is on Tuesday, expected delivery was 2-6 working days, so wasn’t sure they would arrive on time, pleasantly surprised for them to get here today at half twelve. Definitely use Crepsuk again.

Please do not waste your hard earned money on this supplier…. They do not answer customer concerns, will not accept product isn’t new (even with photographic evidence)
They will show no concern for you as a customer whatsoever, passing off damaged goods as new ❗️

We have sent you multiple correspondence to try to resolve this issue and have reached out directly on multiple occasions to which your response has always been that you are handling the dispute via a third party ADR mechanism offered by your purchase provider.
Given the purchase provider, following examination of your case has concluded that your claim is invalid, in which you have exhausted every avenue to try and reopen multiple times claiming different excuses every time. We have again tried to reach out as we’d be keen to try to assist and to regain your custom but our efforts have terminated in vain.
