Absolut unkomplizierte Autovermietung. Letztes Jahr schnell & einfach mehrfach während unseres Familienurlaubes einen Wagen gemietet - keinerlei Probleme gehabt.
Keine Kreditkarte nötig, angenehmes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, freundliche & hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter (…auch über die Autovermietung hinaus / Hilfe bei Arztvermittlung weil Kind krank…)! Einfach Top. Tausend Dank nochmal an Sabine… und auch an Jannis.

Dieses Jahr steht der nächste Urlaub vor der Tür und um den Mietwagen muss ich mir jetzt schon keine Sorgen machen.

Top, sehr zu empfehlen freundliche Mitarbeiter die alle Fragen beantworten. Die Autos sind sehr gepflegt, und die Übergabe ist schnell und unkompliziert. Ein dickes Plus.. man braucht nicht zwingend eine Kreditkarte wie bei den Großen Vermietung.

It was a fast service and true to words experience. No hidden cost or small letters. Everything went as planed and everyone was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend it.

Was very happy with the car we had a jeep adventure very good condition for a rental.
They picked me up and took me in the car to the office we sorted paperwork and than I could drive back to pick up my family was less than 10min prompt pickup even though we where early good communication with the company and no waiting in queues for ages.
The person I delt with was polite and helpful made everything clear.
On returning the car was just as easy drop family off drive to drop off area 200m away and have a lift back no messing around no waiting about great service highly recommend and would use again.

I have rented vehicles from Cretecars on multiple occasions over the last few years. They offer an impeccable service and a range of cars, always in perfect condition. I rented a van from them online on December 25, 2025 for pickup at the Heraklion airport on March 8, 2026. Received email confirmation with a reservation number. Arriving by plane. They said they would meet us at Arrivals. They did not show up. 5 of us wanted for 2 hours. No show. I walked over to their office. No one there. Had to rent 2 cars from Avis at a higher price.

We enquired to hire a car for 2 weeks. They messaged back asking for passport, driving license details etc.
once we had responded & forwarded paperwork they said they had no cars available!
Seems very strange asking for personal details 🤔
