My delivery of my yarn that I ordered from WeCrochet arrived on time and was kept informed of the delivery status. I will definitely order from them again.

It's a little long for orders to be sent. That's why I only give 3 stars.
Otherwise, the products are really great so I continue to order anyway.
If it's not for a last minute project and your yarn doesn't need to be at your door in a rush, it's a really good place to order.
Maybe it's just due to C19 protocoles...

Received my order for issue 8 of WeCrochet Magazine that I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter. It's a beautiful book and the patterns are so well written. The Cozy Cabin section is wonderful. My granddaughter loves it.

Delivery was on time especially for shipping to canada. My bare yarn is amazing and i am very excited to hand dye it. I will buy again.

I needed an extra large darning needle for a damaged rug, the range at We Crochet was vast and I got the perfect large needle. Delivery was prompt, great service

I have ordered quite a few times from wecrochet and from knitpicks. The service is excellent, delivery times are realistic and sometimes even faster than anticipated. The last time I ordered, I had to cancel because I did not time the arrival of the product correctly and also wasn't sure about my address and had to cancel it. The customer service agent was really kind and helped me cancel it and keep the order for later.

The product quality itself is perfectly fine. I love the colors of the yarn. Very true to the photos on the website. Packaging is fine, haven't had any glaring issues.

I chose WeCrochet over their sister site, KnitPicks, because WeCrochet offers a lower purchase amount requirement for free shipping, at $35. I ended up very glad I got that free shipping, because the shipping was the biggest issue. Despite all locations occuring in the continental US, my shipment was delayed and extended multiple times. I was supposed to get it within a week. Instead, it was nearly two weeks, which, granted, could be far worse. At one point it sat for over 4 days in their facility just a few states over. Most updates were at least a couple days between and showed that my package was just sort of... sitting around.

I know shipping has been rough with the current world situation, but this particular shipping company has been known to have this issue, and many other companies I've ordered from have not had these big of delays lately simply within the continental US. I don't think it's a massive issue, but something to note.

I will shop here again because I like their products, but I worry about the shipping and will likely not order for time-sensitive purchases in the future. Otherwise I do recommend shopping here.

Agonizingly slow shipping.

I placed my order on October 9th and I still don't have it with no updates for five days.

We Crochet has given crocheters a wonderful resource for hooks, yarns, books, patterns and instruction. I had tried several websites, videos and books in order to learn crochet. Nothing was working for me. Then I found the “Learn to Crochet Club” on their sister website, Knit Picks and am now crocheting and enjoying it very much!

I was needing some interchangeable tunisian hooks and found exactly what I needed here. I was also able to purchase a book I've been wanting for several years now at a great price AND try out some new, soft yarn. It was a great shopping experience altogether! And to top it off, I received it all earlier than the tracking anticipated. 🙂 Already looking forward to my next purchase!
