All the way from Australia I received my package with no problem at all. Took about 5 weeks and arrived safe and sound. Only thing to make it better would be some communication once posted just to alleviate any concerns when the package might arrive since I’m overseas. Otherwise great prices, great stock, thanks very much. I’ll be back :)

I've ordered from We Crochet several times and am always happy when I receive my purchases because I always got exactly what I ordered in the correct amount, color, etc. I have, however, been a little disappointed lately in the amount of time it has taken my order to ship. I know that this has been a problem with most sellers in the past year, so I can't be too mad. All in all, I am happy with We Crochet and I love their products!

Took care of my problem in a jiffy and made everything right & then some.

Terrible customer service who literally laughed as I voiced my complaints & concerns. Logistics was a nightmare.

Ordering was so easy. Self explained check out. Not problems. Delivery within a few days. I will order again!

I have always had good service and products with we crochet. I order all the time from them and the one time I had a problem with my order getting lost, they were extremely helpful getting a replacement order to me. When I called customer service a real person answered and I didn’t have to choose a number for the department I needed. That’s so rare nowadays. They are my go-to online shop for basic, workhorse yarns for sweaters, socks and baby items.

Yarn is exactly what I expected and arrived really fast.

I am very happy with the yarn, however, for my latest order it took 3 tries for you to ship my package correctly. The first 2 times it was "lost". The customer service person who was assisting me was very helpful and had the order reshipped twice, first through regular shipping and second through priority shipping.

I am very happy with the books I purchased, the price was good and the shipping efficient.

I love the yarn and cannot wait to start my project! It came in a timely fashion and the color is wonderful!

Found exactly what I had been looking for, I searched for months for an afghan hook that was at lest 60" and had no luck. Found the We Crochet web site and Bingo just what I was looking for. :) Could not be happier.

Whilst they didn’t give me any information as to when my package was being shipped or on its way, they did eventually ship my parcel and it’s relatively good quality. I got everything I ordered but I would like more communication before hand :)

Delivery of items was very fast.

The colours of the wool were not at all similar to how they were portrayed online. 1/4 colours I bought was similar, the others were extremely different. I understand that colours can vary slightly due to computer screens, but the colour variation was so so different (not even in the same family of colours almost!) , and considering that one colour matched I highly doubt its a change due to computer screens. The tracking information was also incorrect.

Shipping is longer than expected. Other than that, I like the yarn, most of it is pretty soft and nice.

Wonderful place to shop. Great selection with decent prices! Will be a repeat customer!
