Clover Crochet Hook Set

No after sales care for Australia
No problems with the ordering or delivery process, however l have sent 2 emails enquiring how to exchange my wool for a different colour, but l am yet to receive a response which is very disappointing! It has now been 3 weeks since l emailed.
