Two items missing in my order. What was sent did arrive in a timely fashion and was well packaged. Quality of product is nice for the price, will buy again. I'm happily surprised at the kacha counter, it doesn't feel flimsy. Colors were true. Maybe a sample guide would be nice, or a ''yarn finder'' on the website to give directions to new crocheters like me, I found the experience of buying online made me unconfident. I like what I ordered, I'm just not 100% sure it's what I needed or that it's the best option. The 10$ crochet kit is simple, has a lot of sizes, is nice to the touch, perfect for a beginner.

Love the yarn. This yarn is beautiful, soft, and will work so great in my project. I would give a 4.5 if I could. I just wish the shipping was a little faster. It is by no means poor and is comparable to other companies I have ordered from.
