Really great experience with Lucy who assisted us with a billing complication between two accounts on the same building - after several attempts to figure things out, it was Lucy who managed to sort it all. Not only did she resolve things, but she was excellent to deal with, very professional and to top it off very friendly and warm and really pleasant to deal with. Very glad to have Lucy as our main contact for our commercial property.
