Lucy Bird credit controller was so helpful and supportive when i had built up a debt through an admin error .

I felt compelled to leave this review after receiving truly exceptional service from Natasha.

In an era where customer support can often feel impersonal — particularly when dealing with large call centres where you are passed from one department to another — it was genuinely refreshing to experience such professionalism, efficiency, and care.

Natasha was outstanding throughout the entire process: responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly committed to resolving matters quickly and smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and her proactive approach removed what could have easily been a stressful situation.

This level of customer service is rare today, and it deserves recognition. Natasha is a real credit to the company and a perfect example of how customer care should be delivered.

We had an issue with three out of five invoices being Estimated reads in spite of having Smart Meters.
However Lucy & her team speedily rectified these issues with Credit Notes and revised Invoices, so we're back on track!

I do not know if Crown Gas & Power are the cheapest, but I do know they are the most helpful & easiest company to deal with - nothing is ever an issue & even if I am speaking to the wrong department they assist until satisfied. Which makes them priceless!

I moved into a property with our company Blue Giraffe Dartford Ltd. They claim I am out of contract. I asked for a price, it was excessive for the market. I have switched they have sent me a very excessive bill for a day rate of £1.50 a dayfor the time I was there. I have paid it because I dont want them to block the swap or pass it to bailiffs but what a rip off.

I just wanted to say that Lucy Bird from credit control has been an exemplary representative of Crown. She has been very attentive to our account and has gone the extra mile to assist on more than one occasion!
