Crown Tiles Ltd Avis

ordered full size samples.
arrived promptly and well packaged

I ordered a sample tile which was delivered when advised and then ordered the tiles I required for my kitchen. They have just been delivered as advised and well packed on a pallet. Good service.

Excellent service and great products. Good price and nice, happy delivery driver!

Delivery as promised. Product as described. Excellent service.

Speedy service and I was able to choose a delivery date that fit around my work commitments.

Dispatched so quickly. No hefty delivery fee like most tile company’s and the delivery driver was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. Rang to say he was coming and then even helped my dad when he needed to get them to my house which was down the road.
10/10 would deffo use again!

Since the tiles of colours are big difference from the actual stocks that I received.

I was amazed the prompt delivery of the sample I requested. The fact that it was of a size that really helped in my vision. Will definitely be ordering the full amount as soon as finances allow

Great product, love the tiles and fast delivery too.
My only suggestion would be that maybe you could cut down on the packaging.
I know you need to protect the tiles from damage but thought the size of the box my 1 sheet of 30cm x 30cm was abit large.
Apart from that everything was great 👍

From the point of ordering, everything went like clockwork, delivered on time, excellent communication from both Crown Tiles and the couriers.
The porcelain tiles we ordered are exactly what we wanted and look like a warm wooden floor, we have dogs so these were a much better option.

Good selection of tiles. Got me out of a pinch, needed to match a particular tile and only Crown Tiles stocked it. On offer too!! Delivered before the due date which was brilliant too. I was kept well informed as to where my tiles were and when I would receive them. I can't rate them enough. I'm a first time customer, but will most definitely give Crown more of my custom. Great stuff 😁

Needed to subscribe to access delivery tracking. Driver initially refused to place pallet inside driveway, offering to leave it obstructing pavement.

Excellent service and great quality products. Tiles grout and silicone sealant.

Poor packaging for transporting (flimsy boxes with no edge protection on a shrinkwrapped pallet) meant nearly half the tiles were damaged upon delivery. Considering I had paid just under £40 for delivery, this was a pretty poor service. However, Crown Tiles redeemed themselves by replacing the tiles on a next day delivery service. None were damaged but the packaging was again insufficient and they should take some advice from their logistics provider on the best packaging for their products. Tiles very reasonably priced.

Excellent quality tiles and great service delivered on time.

Easy, fast delivery, kept informed of ever stage.
Would definitely use again

Very quick dispatch and good quality, I will definitely be using again

Delivered on time as promised. The driver was very helpful and polite.

Wonderful experience ease to order sample tiles and even easier to order my tiles arrived within a few days delivered to the door very happy would happily order again
