The website may say in stock…
Spent ages looking for tiles and thought I had found the perfect ones, ordered the required quantity with website saying they were in stock. Received a phone call a couple of days later to say they didn’t have them and guy suggested a slightly different tile. Agreed to that last week with delivery arranged for Thursday of this week. Received a phone call today to say they don’t have them either. Asked for my money back. Guy was perfectly pleasant but what a waste of time! Back to sourcing tiles. Don’t say things are in stock when they aren’t.

Hi Cath
Sorry to hear about your recent experience with Crown Tiles, i have looked into your order and we was showing some stocks of the tiles, but not the full qty you need.
If we dont have any stock or very low stocks we do put the tiles out of stock.
Sincere apologies that we could not fulfil your order on this occasion.
