I needed one tile to replace a cracked one. Difficult to find the matching colour, and Crown Tiles came up with a near perfect one. Free P & P and at £1.49 a very pleasing price, and well satisfied.

Super fast and excellent service. Saw the tiles, ordered a sample - sent and received very quickly - ordered the correct amount - all arrived so quickly - beat the tiler who has yet to arrive himself! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you.

Excellent service
I ordered a sample tile, it arrived promptly and the quality was excellent. Unfortunately the colour was slightly too dark so will need to have another look.

Allowed me to select tiles
Allowed me to select tiles, pay for, book a delivery slot.
Next day informed me out of stock
7 to 10 day wait for refund
Not good anytime, but when funds are stretched due to major renovations, bit of a nightmare.
Won't use again.
