Another great experience with Cruise 118
I have used Cruise 118 successfully for previous bookings, and once again they have been great. Our cruise consultant Mona was fantastic, she negotiated a good discount and was super responsive to messages and calls. She was very patient with my many queries and follow ups.
I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of booking a cruise.

Excellent in unusual circumstances!
I have booked through Cruise 118 for the last few years and have always had good experiences.
This year, we were caught in the Typhoon in China with our cruise being delayed by 3 days. Unfortunately, our phones and emails were not accessible in the usual way and despite frequent attempts to contact us, even contacting the hotel reception (where there was very little English spoken), we were oblivious. Shelley Cusack eventually contacted us by whatsapping all of the numbers Cruise118 had on file (genius!). She very quickly and efficiently brought us up to date, arranged hotel stays, changed transfers and generally just calmed a very stressed individual! Due to the time difference she worked late in order to ensure we had reference and booking numbers for our extended stay and made sure we were aware of all of our options.
She continued to stay in contact, reassuring us that everything was on track once we eventually boarded the ship. We know that there were many others in the same position, and they did not receive the same support from their travel companies.
Thank you Shelley and Cruise 118 for your excellent service - I will be telling everyone to book their cruise holidays with you!

Webchat simple to use and staff at the other end really helpful
We wanted to make some post-booking/pre-sailing changes to our recently booked Jan 2028 cruise and opted to use the web chat option on the website. This was really easy to use and the service received from Emma on the web chat was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, exactly the right mix of friendliness and professionalism and she sorted everything out for us really quickly and efficiently with the cruise line. Thanks Emma :)

Seamless booking
Booking a cruise with Cruise 118 was seamless. Did this over the phone very pleasant young lady sorted all for me. Had to contact them 9 days before our cruise as we hadn’t received our e tickets & luggage labels. Did an online chat with the lovely Emma Spencer, who sorted that and a dining time query, very professional. Would definitely use this company again.

I have used Cruise 118 to book all my recent cruises and have always found them to be very competitive with prices, the staff I have dealt with have all been exceptional and very knowledgeable!
A special mention to Jennifer who has just organised my recent cruise booking which included flights from the UK to and hotel stays in Los Angeles and Las Vegas!

What amazing service by Barry Jenkinson at Cruise118. He took the time to contact MSC to get our status from another cruise line matched, to get a discount on our planned booking with MSC. Then took the time to match cruise prices when two sets of friends decided to join us. Great service and nothing was too much trouble.
