This was my first time using Six Star Cruises and the whole experience was absolutely brilliant. My Concierge Grant went way beyond what could be expected. Not only was he available on a Sunday, he talked me through all the options, sorted out the booking, gave me a really great price and got my booking linked with our travelling companions. If that wasn't enough, the next day he phoned back with news that he had managed to get me two complimentary add ons that will so enhance the whole holiday experience. I am so impressed with Grant particularly and my experience with Six Star Cruises.

A GREAT CRUISING COMPANY...with knowledgeable agents!
We had to call SixStarCruises after we had booked as we couldn't get online to set up our an account.
Rebecca was VERY pleasant and knowlegeable.
She had to refer the problem to the tech side .
It appeared that there were duplications ...of something!
Rebecca had this sorted in no time!

Btw...one issue we had was that no-one from SSC advised us that we needed to set up an account with
Silversea (with whom we are cruising) to enable us to Manage your Booking...to pre-book excursions/restaurants etc AND complete the registration requirement....a vital piece of information I think!
We're set up now and...we're Goin' Cruising with a great team behind us!

My 'go to' cruise agent and company
I have booked cruises several times with this company. Elizabeth is the agent that has dealt with them all. She has always been extremely helpful not just with the booking but tips and relevant advice. I trust her completely to guide me through the booking and recommend her unreservedly.
I would add that the support the administration team has given on the odd occasion there has been a follow up question has been prompt and efficient.

Very helpful and informative
I spoke to Rebecca after a cruise I had booked for next June with Emerald Cruises through Six Star months ago was cancelled.
We looked at alternatives and with Rebecca’s vast knowledge of River Cruises came across a perfect replacement. I was back and forth to her enquiring about different cabins & dates for which she responded by return.
She talked me through the river cruise line I had chosen as she had not long since returned from a river cruise with the same company which was most helpful.
Rebecca takes time to ensure you have all the best information to hand and is a credit to Six Star Cruises.

Newbies to cruising but we loved it

The website is easy to use and has a wealth of information that enables the customer, to view similar cruises making our final decisions far more easily. Once our 2027 cruise was decided upon, Sandie Collier stepped in as our specialist and held our hands from day one and has been there for our hardest and easiest of questions. She even gave us diary dates as and when to pre-book trips or speciality restaurants early next year. This is a the type of specialist we used to have many years ago, but has been doe away with in favour of 'do it yourself' cruises. It feels as if we started our holiday months ago. Thank you

Excellent service
A booked cruise on the Danube had to be abandoned due low water levels. Elizabeth Wright arranged for a full refund which was issued in a week. She then very helpfully and efficiently secured for me a booking and flights for an Avalon cruise a week or so later on the Dordogne and Garrone.
