Great customer service
I contacted Crusader about getting a certain van, they gave me a good price on that but also informed me of another van of similar stats but for a better price, for me the bottom line was quite important.
Dan kept me informed throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had.
I decided to go with Crusader because of their price, honesty and service

Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good. Only disappointment was being told the car would be delivered in 1 weeks time only to be delayed by a further 2 weeks.

Easier and quicker than buying local!
Went to our local dealer, three times, to try and get a van. Ended up speaking with Dan at Crusader who was amazing, everything sorted, everything was easy, nothing too much trouble. Cant say enough positive things about our experience with Crusader, mainly due to Dans excellent customer service!

Dealing with Kelly for the purchase of our new van was great. She kept us well informed along the process. We had a slight issue with delivery dates but Kelly went above and beyond to get it sorted so we had the van in time for the additional work we had the van booked for. Definitely recommend speaking to Kelly if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Great deal but communication was a little poor wasn’t really told when or even possibly when the van would be delivered so it made it hard to sort my other to be sold.
