Smooth and Transparent Leasing Experience
I recently leased a vehicle through John McCreanney at Crusader Vehicles and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.
Costs, commission and expectations were explained clearly upfront, so there were no surprises. Communication was consistent and professional throughout, and everything happened when they said it would.
Even the delivery driver was friendly and helpful, which reflects well on the wider team. I also appreciated the follow-up after delivery to check everything was okay.
Overall, a smooth and well-managed experience. I would happily recommend John and Crusader Vehicles (of which I have to several family members and friends).

Good service.
Very easy to order, pricing was clear and easy to understand, full terms were clearly explained, clear communication throughout the process and regular follow ups and check ins. One star dropped as the car originally spec'd was not delivered but this was the dealerships fault, as the order from Crusader was clearly spec'd. Crusader dealt with this issue promptly and offered a few suggestions for resolution which were satisfactory to me. I would use Crusader in the future.

I first heard about crusader vehicles through a family member that had used them before at first I wasn’t Sure but until I started speaking to the staff that put my mind at rest they were the most helpful people. Adam was super helpful and…
Adam was super helpful and knowledgable. He gave me great, no pressure advice and kept me informed throughout the process. Cannot recommend enough. I have dealt with so many car sales men trying to find a car with a wheelchair accessible back and this was a cut above the rest. Great price on the car too!
