My Charger had gone on the blink,
I rang Crystal they put wheels in motion to get a new 1 delivered to my house the fitter rang to see if it had arrived & he came the next day
& did a perfect job the man was outstanding in his work to check & re check he set everything up including my mobile to the app,he could not have done more, very very
Impressed would recommend them to any one who wants a charger fitted. Dennis.

Communication prior to installation was on point and the installer, kept me informed throughout and advised everything as required, the installer also provided an overview of the system following the install and made sure everything was working prior to leaving.
Can’t fault anything on the service!

It’s been awhile that I’ve experienced top notch service when it comes to some services. Crystal Electronics delivered the very best, great customer service, speedy and fast response to enquiries and prompt service delivery. Got the Ev charger reinstalled without hassle- Steve, Olivia and Stacey, thank you!

First engineer didn’t turn up which was a let down. Phoned up and the lady on the desk couldn’t do enough for me and arranged an engineer to replace the fuse box the following working day and was made a priority. Would highly recommend as they went far and above to resolve the problem.

Olivia, the project manager, and Ed, the installation engineer, were both a pleasure to deal with: friendly, effective, professional and reliable. Highly recommended.

The engineer replaced my Pod Point Solo3 with an Indra Smart Pro. Swapping over the hardware was straightforward, and everything was left tidy afterwards.
There were some issues getting the Indra connected to WiFi, but this was mainly a problem with the Indra app. The engineer persisted until we eventually had a steady white light on the unit. In fact, he was going to contact Indra the next day to try and understand why we had trouble getting the charger connected.
Although the test unit showed that everything was working, the car would not charge on the following day, and kept disconnecting from WiFi.
I rang Indra Support, and they sent me the installer app. It appears that the charger is best set up using WPS, which was an issue because the Linksys Velop router does not have a WPS button. However, I discovered that the Linksys app has a virtual WPS button, so I managed to get a steady WiFi connection using that method rather then either scanning the QR code or manually entering the MAC address.
Since then both our EVs are able to charge via the OVO Charge Anytime tariff with no problems.
So, all was good in the end.

From the first call to arrange installation to the end of the installation the service was first class and very professional. The arrangements were made to suit our schedule and nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and polite staff throughout the whole process and the engineer was on time, gave us an estimated time of arrival to ensure we could go about our day without having to stay in all day. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful, gave a 5 star rating, well deserved, BUT, EV ENERGY SUPPORT is absolutely diabolical. I have an issue with my EO 3rd generation EV charger that it’s stating offline, awaiting connection. Sent EV energy support an email as there is physically no telephone No to speak to anyone and so far all I have received is a bot email in return that has not been helpful in any way, shape or form. As a paying customer one would expect this company to bend over backwards to help. Unfortunately not the case, very poor after sales, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! 🤬

Jodie was excellent through the process, responsive and worked hard to find solutions. The installation went well and working perfectly. Changed to this provided due to excessive ' additional costs' from another that just weren't needed.

The installation of our home EV charger was well-prepared in advance, and the engineer on the day, Connor, was very careful, and answered all my questions. The unit and the App I can control it with are working fine.

Highly recommend. Crystal were fantastic and getting my wallbox fitted for my new EV in a timeous fashion. Communication was clear. Engineer who attended for installation was a credit to the organisation - professional, polite and explained how to operate / what he was doing. Rare I hand out 5 stars for any recommendation but cannot fault.

There was only three small problems, I was advised that the charger will be sent by post, had an email to say when, I managed to have it delivered to a local shop to collect that was fine. But later I was informed by parceforce that i had another missed delivery from Crystal Electronics which I new nothing about and a Second failed delivery, eventually it arrived on the day of installation.
I was not keen of doing my own survey that was very fiddly and the videos would not upload.I think a survey by the company would be much better, even at a small cost.
The engineer was late coming, with no phone call to let me know until after the time he should have arrived by.
Having said that the engineer was a really nice person was very efficient and clean and tidy worker. Explained all about the charger before he left.
If they could get those three things right it would be perfect, although I would still highly recommend them

The engineer was great, they knew exactly what was needed and got our EV charger up and running in no time. They were highly professional at all times, and the courtesy call ahead of arrival was appreciated!

I had a lad named Rio from Bedford come do my annual check. He was brilliant, friendly, professional, great workmanship and took all his rubbish. More like him please

Whole experience was superb. Easy to deal with. Hit a couple of snags on installation but engineer was superb sorting everything out on our behalf. Superb service!

Brilliant service from Crystal Electronics installing a Tesla wall charger at our home. I promptly received a friendly quote from Olivia Allen and the installation was booked in for a couple of days later. The engineer, Brodie Young, was super efficient, neat and courteous. It was all done before I knew it and Brodie took the time to explain everything to me. He also installed a separate isolation switch and circuit breaker as part of the installation, whereas other companies quoted extra for this. I’m very pleased. Thank you very much everyone.

I called up today following some issues with my EO Mini Pro 3. I got speaking with Richard Dunse who was a great help, arranged a quick replacement and got everything sorted.

Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences i've had in ages. Would 100% recommend to anyone
