I am so happy with the work carried out in my home. I want to praise the team for their hard work, working together, and being very professional in all aspects of their work, everything was explained to me in detail.
My house was left clean and tidy once the job was complete.

There after care was beyond anything I have ever had before from workmen. I can't recommend them high enough. I think some sort of bonus would be a lovely reward.

Moved to a new home and QR code not scanning on EO Mini Pro 2. Crystal Electornics tech support sorted this in no time at all, excellent help and service. Now up and running, thank you again!

Crystal Electronics Ltd were a very easy company to work with from my initial enquiry which was responded to promptly and accurately by Olivia in the Project Management Team. I wanted an EV home charger installing and contacted Crystal Electronics Ltd as a Tesla approved installer. Pricing was competitive and I was kept updated with the progress of my installation. On the day of installation the installer, Cairo, arrived on time, was friendly and helpful in the advice given. He did a great job on the installation, tidy and hassle free. I'm very pleased with the work and service given and would certainly use them again.

Amazing service from Richard, my EV charger needed switch to new WiFi and the qr code on unit was faded and wouldn’t scan. He generated a new qr code for me and got my unit back online. Many thanks.

I had an EV Charger installed and Grant was fantastic. From the initial survey to the install he explained everything clearly and made a fantastic job of fitting the charger - he was neat and tidy throughout and kept me updated. I understand he covers a huge area of Scotland by himself - really great work.

My experience with Crystal Company has been largely positive, despite encountering some challenges during the connection process. Initially, the engineer assigned to my project did not adequately plan the installation. I subsequently expressed my concerns regarding the associated costs and the inadequacy of the pre-instrumentation plan.

I was pleased with the prompt response to my feedback; the company took my concerns seriously. Another engineer was dispatched to rectify the situation, and he executed the installation in a manner that exceeded my expectations.

I appreciate the understanding that mistakes can happen and that not every initial approach will be ideal. However, their commitment to continuous follow-up and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction ultimately led to a successful connection and installation that I take great pride in. I would like to extend my gratitude to the team for their efforts.

Used the support chat due to my EO charger issue and received excellent support from Jake Biggs. Despite me not having all the relevant information Jake managed to find it, displayed and sent me the QR code and instructed me through to a full resolution. At the end of our conversation he discovered the issue despite it not being on the EO equipment. First class support.

Very good communication from first contact to installation. The engineer arrived on time and installed my eassee one EV charger with the absolute minimum amount of disruption to my household, I am altogether very pleased thank you crystal electronics.

Nothing but praise for this company as they turned up when they said, fitted the Zaptec charging unit exactly where we requested and left the area clean.
Also due to the installers high quality electrical wiring, he even took the time to point out an unrelated issue at our fusebox and gave advise for us to pass onto a local tradesperson - Highly Recommended

This company fitted my Voltshare EV charger, unfortunately the first appointment was cancelled on the day. The engineer installed the charger at a later date but the job took longer than he had planned. He ended up finishing in the dark in difficult conditions. There was an issue with the charger and he stayed on site until it was sorted with Voltshare. He was professional and tidy, although the installation wasn't without issues I felt it was delt with very well which in my opinion is all you can ask for.
