Useless company, just money grabbers. Go somewhere else, wrap is very sticky and impossible to work with.

Awful awful awful. I ordered by accident the sample which was £10 for a tiny piece. I explained to them what happened and they told me that if I order the correct size they will refund me the £10 for the sample. After ordering the new correct size, it was very hard to work with and not good quality at all so it all went into the bin anyway. They never refunded me the sample and don’t reply to any message or emails. Don’t waste your money on such a useless company.

Very quick turn round with my order. Came perfectly packed and exactly what I expected in terms of quality.

The wrap is good quality, great finish ( I used the glossy) easy to use and delivered quickly!
I use it on custom guitar bodies instead of spray paint, and it works well!

Alex sent the wrong colour and was all dirty as wasn't correctly sealed. Contacted Alex for the correct colour whilst providing all my details. Alex said he would send the correct one. However failed to reply or provide tracking. Will be making a small claims court against this business.

Made a small order for some headlight tint film.. 3 weeks later still nothing delivered.. No answers to any emails.. So I've assumed it's not now going to arrive 😢 Will now pursue a refund via PayPal.. Wish I'd read the reviews here before wasting my money..

Ordered 5D carbon vinyl to do my bonnet, delivery was a dew days and it was very cheap (Possible alarm bells at that point)

As soon as the wrap touched the bonnet, it was practically a permanent lay. It was so sticky, that it was almost impossible to lift and glass out. The amount of lift force needed to re-adjust, meant that the vinyl ripped through your fingers and was no longer usable to lay down. I did email them about this but I've had no response.

First time wrapping a car but happy with the result. Due to my ineptitude I had to make 3 orders which all came quickly. A slight discrepancy on the third order meant a return but the new one was back with me in 2 working days. Overall I'd use them again happily.

Wrap arrived half open so does not stick and has dust. Alex refuses to help and it has been ongoing for 3 weeks, keeps saying refund and resend and does not do anything. I used Klarna so reported to them that the wrap arrived damaged and is awaiting the seller to resolve. DO NOT USE CSK WRAPS, fake reviews and even worse service.

Sorry I don't like giving negative reviews. But the wrap I tried to wrap my bonnet was too think and no Air release. Wasted money... Just noticed I used cks wraps before and with the heat in the car the wrap I used in the car has pretty much come away. I would like to say I am no good at swapping. But I have done diy wrap for years and the lastbwrap I used a Chinese cheap from eBay lasted 5 years on the car and I thought I would try a more expensive wrap. How wrong was I....

Didn’t receive do product , no communication, no reply from WhatsApp or email piss take
DO NOT BUY FROM CSK !!

I placed a (luckily) small order and hadn't heard any updates for two weeks so emailed the company to which they replied they're looking into it. I emailed again after another week and received no replies and no refund despite requesting it. It's now a month since placing the order and nothings changed. They have just taken the money and left me with nothing. Avoid this website!

Well folks
Another seriously disgruntled customer and I wish I had looked at the reviews on this fake company and I feel stupid now for even placing an order!!!
I have tried to contact the rogue trader and as you will guess without success and seems like the authorities need to contact them urgently to avoid more customers being ripped off and ignored and I am just one of many to be added to the list!!
What a scam and this company should be struck off with immediate effect
Spent almost £250 for nothing and they don’t respond to emails calls what’s app or any other form of normal communication.
I am sure there products are like their service,abysmal!!!
This should be the last person that places an order with this company and hopefully they won’t exist any longer as they would give any business a bad name and a bunch of thieves in every sense of the word!!!

So we originally had some awful vinyl off eBay failed terribly, ordered off these guys, customer service was spot on even changed the roll next day after the colour wasn’t what we were expecting, we had the pink gloss and it was a dream, we’ve used some awful stuff in comparison this was fabulous, it is thick but does exactly what you ask it too :)

I was skeptical ordering after seeing reviews, it did put me off. My partner is a dab hand and wrapped my roof with the gloss black wrap from these guys and I can't fault it. Lovely finish, good quality. If applied correctly I think these reviews would say different. I haven't done my light tints yet so can't comment on them. In regards to vinyl wrap, 5 stars.

Absolute rubbish. It isn’t cast vinyl it’s a hybrid. It is very very thick which makes it hard to stretch or even glass out, the advertisement of air release technology is a lie there is non at all. On the same order of pet midnight purple the colour was completely different meaning the job had to be scrapped as communication to resolve the issue is diabolical. I called the number which will just ring out, a wats app message will be sent to at least pretend like they offer help. Any issue they say the vinyl is discontinued and won’t offer a refund. If you use a product like 3m or tech wrap mistakes are easily resolved, refunds are issued if they can’t be resolved. But know with companies like this once ure money leave your account that’s it good or bad you have no customer service.

Firstly the 5D carbon is unreal that’s the best I can say. Material is horrible to use, very thick and won’t stretch well. Ordered 2 of the same vinyl a day appart, they were 2 completely different shades of the same colour. Never answer phone, wats app is better but still dreadful customer service. It isn’t cast vinyl either so that’s a lie. There is no air release technology at all despite what is being advertised. The teck is also very strong so it’s important to start in a very warm place as the second it makes contact and u need to pull it off the material will snap. We are professional wrappers and this has to be the worst we have ever used. It goes to show you pay more money for the right product. NEWBEES STAY CLEAR
