Firstly the 5D carbon is unreal that’s the best I can say. Material is horrible to use, very thick and won’t stretch well. Ordered 2 of the same vinyl a day appart, they were 2 completely different shades of the same colour. Never answer phone, wats app is better but still dreadful customer service. It isn’t cast vinyl either so that’s a lie. There is no air release technology at all despite what is being advertised. The teck is also very strong so it’s important to start in a very warm place as the second it makes contact and u need to pull it off the material will snap. We are professional wrappers and this has to be the worst we have ever used. It goes to show you pay more money for the right product. NEWBEES STAY CLEAR

Well I cannot fault the vinyl I ordered it was well packaged and the design was perfect to the description on the order site, the delivery was spot on and quick, thanks will definitely use your services again if I need any more, also the cost was affordable. Thanks.

The service is an absolute shambles, I've sent emails as I have paid for my wrap and it hasn't arrived, I have only had two emails back with one word replies, the phone number is not recognized so there's no other way to contact them, absolute rip off merchants, hopefully they go bust very soon to save other people being ripped off 🤬

Do not buy, the wrap is of poor quality and they blame your paintwork.

Just about the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Vinyl arrived very quickly but was extremely poor quality. Contacted the seller who agreed it was a complete pile of ****. The seller offered an exchange, but wouldn't take a return so I had to dispose of the wrap to be fair I would be happy with this resolution.

So I selected another vinyl of the same value, then the seller ghosted me, two weeks later nothing. So I'm left having to raise a charge back with the bank to get my money back. Complete clown show avoid!

This is an update for the 5 star review i left after installing the vinyl bought from them.
Very easy to install but 2 months after starts to peel off. Not just in one area , peels off everywhere . Very bad quality vinyl or at least the glue on it is bad.

Very good vinyl. Amazing quality for the price. Will definitely be purchasing more.

Ordered a bunch of samples. Almost all of them were totally different to the description/photo on the site. For example, a colour that was supposed to be gloss blue ended up lime green. Can’t trust them at all. No response to any of the three emails I sent out explaining the issue. Glad I didn’t go ahead and order more, but it’s still £40 down the drain. Won’t order anything from them again.

ordered a sample of 3 colors (All in shade of red keep in mind), no response to email, dont pick up the phone. seems like a scam shady company. Back to the order, when i received it....I got Matte Black, Gray and Maroon. I ordered candy red, and two other reds.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Ordered some metallic Matt vinyl to wrap a motorbike and was really impressed with the vinyl, it went into all the places I wanted it to go and the customer was really happy with the final look.

I Placed 2 orders, one on the 7th of November and the next order on the 8th of November.

The 1st order arrived damaged, it was forcefully pushed into a Postage Tube, I had Emailed and no response, I then decided to post the items back myself and I would be refunded for this at some point, so I get the return address from the website, and then here was the problem, the PO told me that the unit building number of CSK vinyl was incorrect, as the list of buildings on that street did not go up as high as what CSK say they are at!
So they have either moved and not updated the website for the return address or they have given a fake number for their unit.

So I went back onto the website, again couldn’t speak to anyone.

I decided to call them a couple of times over a few days, and each time I just got an automated American response telling me to leave a message, their was not even any option to go to a certain department like you would get if you called other businesses, this just made me think something is not right here!
They also don’t have a Facebook page either.

They do however have Instagram, where I finally got a response, Alex agreed that my 1st order was damaged and suggested how to fix this, at this point I said no I would like it to be picked up and refunded, This was meant to have been done a couple of weeks ago, but no date was ever given to me for the collection and I’ve sent a few messages since then which have been read and blatantly ignored.

My 2nd order from the 8th of November has not arrived, nor have I been notified that it’s been shipped, Alex said he would also look into this, I am still waiting for a response.

Everyone is feeling the pinch these days and to lose money is not on at all, I am out of pocket by £80 now.

I put trust into this company, if it’s a company, seems to be one person running the show! And he is not doing it well at all!

And reviews on the quality I’ve read are nit the quality as expected

Good quality wrap quickly delivered perfect for what i needed

Been ripped off by these jokers by £440. Dont respond to email, or ebay pms, phone numbers not recognized, i am currently pursuing a credit card claim back i will get my money back off them in the end. Why bother guys i paid by credit card you wont get to keep my money in the end ????

Ordered a roll of wrap back in October, colour is great and install was easy enough. However as noted, starts to peel fairly quickly if not applied/shrinked with enough heat.

So ordered 6m of exactly the same colour to redo one entire side of the vehicle. Order arrives next day as promised however they have sent a great wrap instead of blue. Mistakes happen so I reach out to CSK to notify them- I am met with a response (much like other people) accusing me of being blind, giving some spiel about "wallpaper" and it is exactly the same colour just a different. Absolute lies.

They offer to pick up this wrap and for me to send back an offcut of the original colour and they will send out a new roll. Fast forward another week and a shipment arrives- this time an exact match for the initial colour already applied to the vehicle, however three rolls of it. I'm thinking "must have sent extra as an apology", oh how mistaken one can be. The company decided to send me 2 x 2m lengths and 1 x 2.2m length, in other words, the odd cuts from other orders which are too short for them to sell. Yet another email sent to the company explaining that 6m divided into 3 lengths is completely useless to me and I am met with yet another email accusing me of messing up, another analogy about wallpaper and telling me there is nothing they can do. Eventually some back and forth and by insisting they send me a continuous 6m length of the vinyl I ordered i have today finally received what I ordered, 2 weeks after my initial "second" order. And unsurprisingly, not a single apology from this company.

Read the other reviews very carefully because they are not telling lies.

I've had a few items from csk and they have always been good quality and delivered quickly. I'd highly recommend them.

Photos are amazing and show the colour in true detail. Looked gorgeous in person with the metallic flake. Havent yet worked with it however by the looks of it its amazing quality vinyl so shouldnt be too difficult

Wrong colour supplied, product peeled off of van within 1 week of applying.

Replacement product delivered, which I paid for, despite the peeling not being my fault. Turned out to again completely different colour. Complained and was told that it's like wallpaper and comes in different batches. Never heard such crap in the entire 22 years we have being doing this!!!

Again complained and ordered more of the same colour so the balance of the vehicle matched. Again funded by myself, despite the peeling not being my fault, nor being supplied the wrong colour. Then to be sent half of the ordered length!

At no point during this entire process has this company offered liability for supplying the wrong colour, wrong length, poor quality product!

Scammers. Ordered a roll, paid for premium delivery. Never arrived. Emails to Alex ignored. Give these clowns a wide berth.
