I completed the online Food Safety Supervisors Course with CTA Training Specialists.
I found the assessment questions did not align with the course material, the language/wording was different and therefore it was hard to know if I was answering correctly. I spent way too long researching online and looking up official websites. The Customer Service team were friendly and helpful though and marking of assessments came back very quickly.

I found all aspects of enrolling to assessments and grading a breeze and when you need assistance they were only a phone call away.

The training modules were well structured, sequenced well and informed. They were also very diligent in reminding me to complete my course. Best thing was that all the trainings are online and at our own pace. That suited me the best.

I did 2 courses with CTA. Both trainers were fantastic! Knowledgeable on the subject and extremely professional. Kept the training interesting and engaging. Would recommend CTA any day of the week.

Daniel was an awesome trainer. He was very engaging and went through the course content very thoroughly.

The course was comprehensive and relevant. I learnt valuable skills through the set out modules. Interaction with support was useful and knowledgeable. I'm really happy I chose CTA for my RSA.

Training with CTA honestly made everything so much easier than i would’ve expected. I loved how my trainer/s were able to explain things clearly and help to fully understand in order to pass every assignment I had. It was a great experience and to anyone training I would really recommend CTA! Thank you so much for every fun training session I had, I really enjoyed it.

The RSA certificate was relatively easy to obtain, some of the information was very repetitive although more boring than difficult! The final assessments did take a good amount of effort to reach the time requirements, you need to be overly detailed in your delivery to get over 1 minute, not super realistic but proves you have absorbed all the content. Overall relatively straight forward, good pricing, quick feedback.

Easy to use would recommend

I was struggling a lot with my anxiety about filming my ‘Roleplay’ videos. I emailed in regards to it, and Clara Salcedo responded. She was honestly amazing helped ease some of my stress and made it feel a lot more natural filming it. I appreciate all your help, and your quick responses!

I completed the ARCG course in late July. This was one of the most satisfying online course I have done. The teacher was exceptional and very helpful throughout the whole day. Would highly recommend this company for any online course you need to do.

I recently completed the Food Safety Level 2 (National) course with CTA Training Specialists and found the whole process very smooth and professional. The online platform was easy to navigate, and the course materials were clear, practical, and directly relevant to real hospitality and food handling situations.

I particularly liked the way the course used real-life examples to explain key concepts, which made it easier to understand and apply the knowledge to my own work. The assessments were fair and well-structured, testing not only theory but also practical understanding.

The support team was also responsive whenever I had questions, which gave me confidence throughout the learning process. I now feel more prepared and confident to maintain high food safety standards in the workplace.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to include more short video demonstrations, as visual learners like me find those very effective.

Overall, it was a very positive learning experience and I would definitely recommend CTA Training Specialists to others who need food safety training.

During the entire session, I feel good to know about the rules and regulations regarding alcohol supply/serving. I was satisfied with the training with all the different video/text assessment. One thing I love about them is, they really did a great help by verifying my digital copy of passport, as my passport was stolen. Overall, the course journey was really good and knowledgeable.

Easy, informative and super helpful experience.
