I decided to do CTA food handling cert because my mother has used this company before the prices are fantastic and the process is easy, I could understand the questions and the handbooks and it was great information to learn.

Training CTA allows you to utilise your spare time to achieve the study goals without the commuting, as well as still closely connecting with the industry I’m working in. CTA provides very clear course outline and easy, accessible study material

The videos that had examples of different irate or intoxicated customers helps. I haven’t had an issue so far and there is always managers on duty when I’m working so I feel comfortable even if I ever do have to enforce it. Having examples of what to say helps keep a list just incase on best ways to diffuse
