I signed up for the online course because I needed it done online. Now my course is waiting for practical assessment where I have to find a food venue to prove I have done the theory. I didn't know I needed to spend my time on trying to find a food venue to do the practical assessment. The whole reason for me choosing an online course is that is done fully online without me needing to waste more time offline. I do not work in food business currently but have worked previously many years ago and did my food certificate online fully then. Now when I need a food certificate to start a new business, I need to find a friend who works in food business which I do not have or volunteer....I did all the online assignments so I think I have done enough to get the certificate but now I have paid out money with no certificate because I have no time to go and volunteer nor have I got a friend who works in food business. If you advertise online course, I expect the entire course to be online not having to go finding someone who can assess your skills.

Compared to doing both courses back in 1999 with a few multiple choices to answer as a group at the end of the class with guaranteed pass for showing up to the course, I was surprised how detailed and comprehensive both courses has evolved. The online trainer was probably in my age bracket and I could really relate to the good old day stories of running a pub which may of been why the courses evolved. I am glad to do the online option rather then attend a class in person even though I was personally challenged with the many multiple choices questions, essay written answers and doing the video skits. The support was really good, CTA delivered both complex courses in a way to train you to be thorough and I would recommend doing the online options through CTA. It was a pleasure. Thankyou

I finished two courses with CTA. A couple of questions weren't that clear, and one question took me 8 attempts because it was very vague. Otherwise it was good.

I am completing my RCG and RSA with CTA online Training. It has been positive and stress free and participating online is straight forward with no challenges.
The course material is comprehensive and easily understood. The trainers and support staff are professional and friendly.

I've done two certs this year with two different services. CTA was around the same price but SOOOO much easier to deal with. Highly recommended.

The Food Safety Supervisors course was easy to follow. Would highly recommend CTA, if you're looking for an online provider. I would purchase this again for my teens. 😊

I have been using CTA for a while now mainly for my RSA but this time round I found the whole experience terrible and time consuming this took me much longer to complete also the fact that everything is abobe well that's another thing not everyone can afford this software it cost a lot so there should be a free or at least a Word upload option and do not expect customer to use their data on their phones to take pictures to upload the course not fair and costly, I also had no help for any of the team members as to how to get my course uploaded in order for marking I ended up emailing the course direct to which the team could not assess because it was not online , 4 times I emailed the Course eventually, something happened after a frustrated email from myself I passed the course and received my certificate, However I will not be using your services again.

Purchased RSA course for my son, as required qualification for his first job. I researched every course available and decided upon CTA. The online course was well structured, engaging and had my son thoroughly immersed in the topics. I was worried it would be challenging for a 15 year old, but the modules were clear and able to be self paced. My only recommendation for improvement relates to the video assessment, would be to provide additional feedback where all required criteria is not yet satisfied, especially for young people.
Assistance was promptly provided via phone when we had some upload issues, providing an alternative submission option.

Easy to do - user friendly

Everything was easy to do. Course didn't take too long to complete. And affordable cost.

The documentation was excellent. Links to the relevant Acts were very helpful during the course.
It allowed me to undertake the course in my own time and at my own pace.
The final video assessments were checked and the results provided very promptly.
Certainly would recommend CTA for this course
