I took the RMLV course with CTA Training. Their instructor was amazing! His knowledge, combined with the anecdotes he provided, ensured that it was both a very informative and engaging day. The instructor was also very professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. I took the course in person, but there were also some people who joined through Zoom, and the instructor ensured they felt included as well, which I really liked.

Would definitely recommend CTA to anyone looking to get a certificate.

After purchasing a new Bed and Breakfast business we found out that new legislation required the owner the acquire a Food Supervisors certificate in order to be approved by our local regulator (council requirement) . Trying to navigate everything else regarding operations and management of a new business, was challenging to say the least. We found CTA to be the right fit for what needed. We had three months to complete our course but when you are running a business, three months seems like a week on fast forward. This course is great and so is the company and staff who provide guidance and support every step of the way. The most frustrating part of the course as some students have expressed is that if you get one wrong answer out of say 30 questions, you have to do the whole set again. At first my frustration was getting the better of me but thanks to the support team I was able to finish the course with a wealth of knowledge and understanding about food safety regulations and the importance of temperature controls, food safety, cross contamination, food storage and many other important aspects of the food industry etc. if repeating every question 5, 6, or even 19 times means that the information will be retained then I am all for it, because the course is not about just getting a pass and a certificate. It is learning about the importance we need to place when catering for anyone who consumes any food we prepare, store and deliver.
Great work to all team at CTA who spend so much of their time assisting and guiding individuals like myself.

I live in a retirement village, and although the course is great for a pub, living with old people does not have the same issues. Perhaps a lower key RSA for our conditions would be helpful.

I recently completed my RSA and, although I was initially unsure about which provider to choose, I had heard a lot of positive feedback about CTA. The pricing was great, and I really appreciated being able to complete the course at my own pace without feeling stressed or pressured.

I did need assistance with a question during the course, so I gave them a call, and the person I spoke with was lovely and very helpful. Although I had three months to complete the course, I managed to finish it in just under four weeks while balancing work and other life commitments.

The course content was clear, easy to read, and simple to understand, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I would definitely recommend CTA to anyone needing training or certification.

I needed to provide a Food Safety Supervisor certificate to my local council in order to open a home based micro bakery. I found CTA and was able to complete it right before Christmas. It was comprehensive and thorough, and easy to work through the programme. The assessment staff were so prompt in response, even though it was close to Christmas. The hardest part was finding another person with that qualification to observe me in the kitchen at this busy time of the year and sign off. It all worked like clockwork and I opened my micro bakery in January; and haven't looked back. It has given me confidence that my kitchen is hygienic and meets council health requirements and I can give my customers that guarantee too.

Was really easy to complete the RSA and RSG through CTA online. All the materials are in the portal, heaps of time to complete it from time of purchase. The role play modules weren't too hard to do. Very quick turn around time from the tutors on feedback.

I love CTA, I do my RMLV with them and had to renew my food Safety supervisor certificate and decided to go with CTA.. Gosh the online course platform is awful, their questions are cheeky and when you get 1 wrong you got to restart the whole thing without knowing which one was wrong... Wasted so much time on this course. I have already shared my experience with them and I hope thy review their online assessments for this particular course. these kind of courses should be more helpful and if you get some questions incorrect, the correct answers should disappear from the platform as you are already Competent.

CTA Training made the process of getting an RSA simple and quick. Content is clear and feedback is very quick. Easy to follow instructions. Would highly recommend for any of the courses. 3 months to get the course finished without having to pay any extra fees is awesome.

I really struggled with food safety level 1, this course made me feel VERY stupid as questions 1 and 5 also some others of assessment two, took me 5 try's to get having to search the web and refer back 20-30 times... the matching answers didn't make any sense to me and didn't match the modules that had the answers for these. not very happy with this course in that regard also the lady over the phone i asked for help become slight rude and over my questions when seeking help about the layout of the platform and learning my way around it. though all gets marked quickly and was affordable.

i purchased the RSAT course for $25, believing that i would be receiving the necessary certificate at the end of the course. After spending almost 2 hours reading the information and completing the quiz, there was a message at the end of it that said i needed to purchase the actual assessment via the NSW government website for an additional $19 to receive the certificate i thought i was purchasing in the first place...

And i quote "Congratulations you have now completed your online course.
You must now prepare for the RSAT assessment. The RSAT assessment must be purchased via the following TAFE NSW link. Click hereLinks to an external site. to purchase this".

Do not purchase this course, ive been scammed out of money for useless information

The worst online training ever they take your money and never deliver what they promised. Also when you finish your course without the help of them they will find any excuse to hold your qualification. When you hear them just run away coz they are scammers

Learning was enjoyable, the videos were challenging, would like more senorios to learn from and respond to, multiple choices. Overall a good experience to learn from.

Quentin the Trainer was super insightful, offering us examples to compliment written details. Kept us engaged and allowed group participation and discussion!

Great experience learning about the service of alcohol!

This was a requirement for my uni course subject, but I feel like I have gotten quite a lot out of this course from cta. Not only was the training straightforward, but it was also informative in many ways. I have learnt a lot, and the certificate also enabled many more opportunities for myself.

Quick and easy to complete

it was a highly accessible program that i was able to complete while still studying full time for uni. this is the best and cheapest option to getting an RSA

I loved my experience because whenever I was stuck on something I would reach out and you guys got back to me straight away U also gave me a second chance at my video n helped me with tips with it and I passed you guys are amazing keep up the great work definitely will be recommending you guys to everyone thank U so much so grateful
