I did my RCA, was very easy and user friendly.

Was very detailed and one of the cheapest places to get an RSA qualification. Was an issue with the wrong videos being assigned on a module, but that wasn’t too bad

Easy straight forward lesson plans, good price.

I just completed my RCG course with CTA. They are absolutely fantastic especially the instructor and the other handling team. They are helpful as they guided me throughout the course. Now I have my competency card and I'm happy with their services.

The course content for the food safety supervisor course with CTA was comprehensive and easy to follow. The tests were well structured together with constructive feedback if a question was not completed correctly.
I feel like it has provided me with the confidence to move into the food and service industry in a safe and well informed frame of mind.
I would recommend anyone wanting to complete this course to go through CTA.

I did the RCG virtual classroom and the RSA online and both were excellent! My trainer in the virtual classroom was so knowledgeable and brought their real life experience into the training, which was so valuable! Feedback from trainers while doing the RSA was also very helpful and I was able to learn and pass my tests at a reasonable pace. I couldn't recommend these courses more!

I recently did my food safety supervisor certificate and food safety and hygiene training certificate from CTA. I am so lucky I choose CTA platform to sort out my problems which was solved. I recently did my RSA with CTA. I did not know what to expect but the CTA platform was super easy to use and the course material was explained well. I managed to complete it in 2 evenings at home and also complete the short assessments and the required videos to be marked. I expected to wait a while but received the certificate the following morning.

The RSG course was easy to understand however I suggest some wording in the assesments could be a little clearer especially for students with english as second language.

I recently completed my Food Safety Supervisor Course through CTA Training. Overall the course was easy to navigate and understand. The content was a little repetitive and in some places it contradicted itself, but I got the information I needed. The tests were easy to pass and customer service was very helpful when I had an issue. I was given plenty of warning and reminding about course end date approaching. The text was a little small on a PC but fine on a tablet. Overall I'd rate the experience and course 4/5 stars.

The instructor was interactive with the whole class, making it a more immersive experience.

The RCG course was set out well for me to learn what was needed. The teacher Daniel was awesome, he made the course so much easier to understand and enjoyable, he’s good at what he does.

Ok so the course went fine .. up until I was forced to enter submissions as to how and why I had to complete the course in the first place otherwise I wouldn't get my certificate. And further more on marking my assignment it turns out my paperwork was different from that of the person assessing me this was very frustrating it took many phone calls to point out that fact which was very concerning.
I feel that the CTA may need to work a little harder on making sure all the ducks are in a row

Did RSA/RCG/ARCG whilst the first one was on my own the assessor responded,evaluated in a timely and effective manner with good advice. As for RCG/ARCG both trainers (Paul and Nicole respectively) delivered on point whilst sharing personal experiences for more insights! Could not recommend CTA more! Will use them again!

The ease of registration, the races are understandable and we can pause and resume whenever we want. the speed of correction and reception

It was easy to navigate and doing the modules. Liked how you could save where you were up too and come back later to finish the current module. The video component was easy to do.

I really enjoyed it I’ll do another course with you in the future

Easy to register, complete and gain the qualification, all relevant information and course documents - will recommend to all.

I recently completed the RSA online course and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The content was clear, engaging, and very well-structured, making it easy to follow and understand. The online format was convenient and allowed me to learn at my own pace without any stress.
I would highly recommend CTA Training to anyone looking to do courses online and complete with the confidence needed.
