RSA online course
I recently completed the RSA online course and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The content was clear, engaging, and very well-structured, making it easy to follow and understand. The online format was convenient and allowed me to learn at my own pace without any stress.

I have been a trainer/Assessor and…
I have been a trainer/Assessor/Chef and Hospitality manager for 30+ years including a food safety auditor. I was astounded that some content being taught with CTA wis in conflict with Food Standards Australia policies on safe food, specifically storage conditions. Also some the assessment material is very ambiguous. Yes it has some basic factors correct but the program requires a full rview of systems and assessment practices.

Our Food Safety courses are nationally accredited and developed in accordance with the strict requirements set by Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ).

I recently completed my Food Safety Supervisor qualification through CTA, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process was fantastic – quick, easy, and professional from start to finish.
It fit seamlessly around my busy schedule and didn’t interrupt my business operations at all, which was a huge plus. The course was well-structured, user-friendly, and very reasonably priced.

I was able to complete my RSA course online and receive my certificate all within two days of enrolling.
The course was well explained, and the assessment procedure was very well done. Received feedback in a timely manner.

One very happy Food Safety Supervisor
I had previously tried doing this cert with another company and when I got stuck no one replied to me so I ended up giving up. I found this company thought I'd give it a go, all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. I actually finished it with no problems. I couldn't be more happier. It was very manageable and I didnt feel over whelmed.

Easy to follow instructions
I was a bit nervous how I would go with an online Food Supervisor course but I found it incredibly easy to complete thanks to the instructions provided.
I would recommend this course to all in the industry.

Good reading, great knowledge, but try to make things up to date instead of 2021 as things may change and try to ask for what state you are doing this in as not every state is the same with the rules, but overall, amazing work

The RCG course training was excellent
The RCG course training was very practical. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable with great examples to illustrate real life experiences. It was then very easy to finish the RSA course material online. Very smooth process
