Lovely looking shirts
Lovely looking shirts. I ordered 2 navy blue and 3 black polos. Fitted well, nice feel and looked smart. However after I washed all of them (on a 30min 40 deg C wash) I fund that they had shrunk and that they were now short in the torso. Shame really.
**UPDATE** .. Spoke with a lovely person named Bethanie. She sympathised with my situation and we sorted out a mutually agreeable form of compensation. I probably will buy from this company again.

Great customer service throughout.
Kept me updated and answered all my queries within 24hrs. Helped me.get through the artwork stage as this is the first time I needed to get branded workwear. Informed of delays due to high demand early on which didnt affect me and then when given a deadline they worked it out and got it to me in plenty of time! Bethanie's input was how good old customer service should be. Products were of good quality and as ordered and designed!

Really pleased with my apron and logo - it's exactly as it should be and the denim apron is good quality and looks hard wearing. The apron took a bit longer than expected to arrive but all's well that ends well!

Been almost a month and I have yet to receive just one single jacket I ordered, to trial before I put a uniform order in. Had 3 emails saying there are delays as they don't hold stock in house, but I am very close to requesting a refund.

The wrong size turned up
The wrong size turned up. These things happen I suppose, never happened to me. I had to send them back before they sent me the correct size.
It took over a month from my original order to finally receive them, various emails and phone calls in between. They did reply but it took too long to get the boots. I needed them for a specific job, and if I’d used suppliers that I’d used before then I’d had received them within the week. The only reason that I used this company was that their price was the best on line.
Won’t use them again and still waiting on my £5.00 refund as a goodwill gesture. Which I suggested, not the amount but the gesture.

I was looking for quality Sweatshirt's…
I was looking for quality Sweatshirt's at a very reasonable price and after searching on the Internet came across CTSUK. They have an excellent range of products at great prices so made a purchase which was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner, I was so happy with my original purchase I have also ordered a job lot of Polo-Shirts to match. Delivery was quick and once again the friendly and professional service was greatly appreciated.

2 ladies work trousers
Ordered 2 ladies work trousers. Had email to say it would be delivered on a certain day. Wasn’t delivered. Tracked order. Was delivered apparently 3 miles away. Got in touch to be told they could find my address. Someone was lying! . Was being re-directed (gave my correct address) still no sign. Emailed again to be told order was lost! Requested full refund. 🙄
