I am a yoga teacher and have recently started my own business.Wanting to look professionaI I ordered a fleece jacket from CTS with my business name embroidered on the left side.
The communication and expertise from this company was absolutely fantastic and I am really pleased with the finished jacket. The embroidery is stunning and exactly what I had hoped for.
I immediately reordered a waterproof jacket with my logo on.
From start to finish the ordering process is painless and there is always someone from the company available to support and offer suggestions. I cannot recommend CTS UK workwear enough.

Great work wear company. Staff keep you informed on progress throughout the process and I like the prices. The fleece jackets are very good quality and will last. Perhaps the only criticism would be the website itself, is very strange when ordering i had to keep closing the page to and go back whenever I wanted to change somthing, and the descriptions and photos are not the best. But having said that I am pleased what i purchased and will buy from them whenever I need more work wear.

Took longer than advertised due to supplier but when I received my orders it was worth the wait very happy thank you will definitely order again!

Fantastic service - Above and beyond what you would usually expect when shopping online

Delivery got delayed, was waiting urgently for products and kept getting told they'll be arriving by a certain date, when that date came i contacted them again to be told there was a issue and it was going to be delayed, ended up cancelling my order in the end, poor service!!

I placed an order for one sample pair of overalls with the possibility of further orders if they proved suitable. I assumed quick delivery due to the delivery charge. After contacting CTS for the second time to ask why the goods still hadn't been received, I was told that they hadn't even been despatched. I was offered an overnight delivery and a discount if I agreed to continue with the order. This also didn't arrive. Having contacted them a third time, I'm now advised that they do not have any in stock and that their supplier similarly have none, also that a refund will take up to ten days.
During this time, the only correspondence I've received from them was to encourage me to open a trade account, and nothing regarding the failed delivery. I will not be placing any further orders with this company.
The only question remaining is whether their refund promises are as accurate as their delivery assurances.

Awesome people, make sure your design is correct and very friendly service. Came in time for what I needed and excellent quality lovely material. No complaints, thank you.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews but the service and experience received in dealing with CTS (particularly Gabi) is worth taking the time out to call out. Personal order this time although will look to recommend to my workplace vendor partners for trade orders. Thank you CTS
